Great location across the road from the Blue Lake- we stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and it was very modern, super clean and I would come back and stay without hesitation. Staff were wonderful and they have a great little Cafe in the Reception area. We did not use the pool etc as we only had an overnight stay, however it would be an ideal place for families. Would highly recommend.

The depth of the pool meant i had to always be in the pool with the kids. Would of been better if a shallow area was bigger and around the water slides for the kids.

The Accommodation was modern, well fitted out and very clean. Park was quiet, well maintained and the heated pool in winter was a bonus. On sites cafe had great coffee and hot food. Staff were friendly and helpful. The organised school holiday activities were great too. It is right next to the Blue Lake so opportunities for some nice tourist walks without driving. Thank you.

The polished concrete floor, whilst great to look at, was very cold and hard, especially during winter. It was hard to encourage the kids to play in the living area on the floor without rugs.

The two bedroom cabin was new, clean and lovely. Everything that we needed for our short stay. Perfect location for the blue lake, and whilst we didn't use it, the pool looked wonderful.

A little further out from the town centre than we expected, but not very far.

We stayed in a newer villa and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The facilities were great, and the indoor pool is real bonus, but it could do with being a few degrees warmer.

The tv didn't appear to be a smart tv. I couldn't chrome cast Netflix/Disney etc for the kids and I to relax and enjoy at the end of the night. It was free to air tv only. Once the kids were asleep I was forced to watch a movie on my phone, would have loved to all curl up on the couch and watch a family movie together. Also, it would have been nice to have the private curtains so I could keep some natural light in without our privacy compromised

Great location, the cabin was neat and clean, loved the full kitchen and bathroom with spa. It was quiet didn't hear any sounds from neighbouring cabins or campers. The playground and giant pillow the kids loved.

We had ants in our accomodation. Started out small in the bathroom, but the morning we were leaving they were right through our food. We let the staff know and they were going to send maintenance out straight away.

Absolutely love the water slides. The retreat accommodation was nice with the gas fire place and the spa.

We absolutely loved our time at Blue Lake Holiday Park! The whole place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and so family-friendly. The cabins were comfy, the grounds were peaceful, and there was so much for the kids to do – they were entertained from morning to night. The location is stunning too, right by the Blue Lake and close to everything. The staff were super helpful and welcoming. Can’t fault a thing – we’ll definitely be back!

nothing, my boys said the games room could have been better

we loved our stay here it suited our family my boys loved the heated pool and slides as well as the jumpy pillow and playground. The gardens were beautiful and very well kept our accommodation was brilliant had everything we needed and all new could not fault it we will defiantly be back
