It was a little more basic in rooms than I had forseen but comfotable and clean.

Shuttle for pickup and drop offs for airport and restsurants was very efficient. Nice swimming pool. Very nice staff.

Didn't make it to breakfast, an extra hour to get there would have been good. Travel from resort to city centre or other attractions was difficult, esp in the evening. When I begged to get some assistance to get to the town centre after 6pm on Friday night as no taxis were available, the young guy at reception implored the shuttle driver to take me. The driver reluctantly did so but was so disagreeable and grumpy about it and made me feel extremely guilty, even thought I did pay for the 'privilege', which was never in question.

Room was very clean, check in straight forward.

The smell of our room; it “stank” of the previous occupants, a very unpleasant body odour. It was absolutely disgusting.

The ambience of the property was absolutely lovely. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. Some things would run out and not be available because deliveries hadn't arrived. Some guests actually steal the food and fill their bags with the breakfast cereal pouches, butter, jams etc. Coffee, tea and sugar making it hard for the accommodation providers to know how many they need to cater for.

Nothing to pin point but for $300 a night, did not feel it was hugely value for money

The rooms were large and comfortable. The pool temp was cold in August, but refreshing. Family centrally located, but not really walkable to many places. Breakfast was ok, everything was there to eat, but not stunning.

Reception staff seemed a bit overwhelmed occasionally. Not happy with the short hours of the breakfast common room (7-9am), it was very crowded as a result; I am glad I mainly had breakfast in my room. Also I saw an older lady with a walking stick being assigned an upstairs room (no lift) - I think a better allocation could have been made.

Good sized room, comfy bed, good air conditioning. Kitchen had good facilities - fridge, microwave, cooking element and pots, cutlery, plates etc., and dish washing tools, and table with chairs - very handy for eating a take-away or frozen meal. Laundry great. Pool was cold but good, nice lounger chairs provided. Good location opposite bus stops, and the hotel also provided some shuttle bus services. Short walk to a supermarket. No noise from airport nearby, or road - a nice quiet hotel. Pretty front garden.

It was hard lugging heavy luggage up the stairs to and from our room.

A lovely setting with trees and pool. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. It was nice to have breakfast included. We were lucky to have a hire car to get us around to various restaurants.

Despite what the website says there is no room service and no restaurant on site. Breakfast was pedestrian, packet cereal, toast, tinned fruit, yogurt and bake your own pancake machine. With the usual tea coffee and two juices as a compliment.

The breakfast area was really too small for the amount of people. We had our own in the room. It was very expensive for the size of the room.

The pillows were flat, the the resort is in a dire need of an upgrade in terms of the placement of more power sockets to charge devices. No eateries in the area unfortunately, save for a coffee truck across the street which was good. A car would help.

Lets just say the room was functional, and served our needs for four nights. There were five of us grown adults, so actually having another toilet/more space would help, but there was a lack of accommodation that fit our price range in Broome. The Asian lady at reception was very helpful to us. We also made use of the barbecue grill out which we enjoyed, as opposed to cooking in our small space (you can however, do that). Also, Woolworths is a 15-minute walk away, which was great.

The shower was poor and water pooled on the bathroom floor and did not drain away. The breakfast was adequate…. cereals and toast, some tinned fruit, fruit “drink” not juice, and pancakes from a machine.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Our balcony was lovely nestled behind the landscaped gardens. The kitchen was adequately equipped.

Room was upstairs so had to carry my luggage up them. Parking was not close to my room. Floor in room appeared clean but after walking around barefooted (just inside the room), my feet were quite dirty.

All staff that I had contact with were both professional and friendly.
