a little bit noisy but that was only because I needed an early night and it’s to be expected that there will be some noise in an inner city location before 9:30pm

I would prefer a firmer bed, but that is a personal preference. Bedding was clean and comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean, good shower, and handy kitchenette. Room was serviced each day and left spotless. Electric blanket was much appreciated.

Shower pressure was very low and general feel of the room is a little dated but didn't cause any real issues.

Breakfast on site would have been good. Nothing open nearby early in the morning for breakfast. Room had a toaster, microwave and fridge but when travelling it is not convenient to carry a loaf of bread and whole container of butter etc

front window could have done with a pull down blind a little bit too much light came into the room and weather strip along the bottom of the door that let light and some noise in as well.

room smelled nice when we walked in and it was fresh and clean bathroom was okay as well. had a well stocked tea and coffee which was nice as well. the pool and BBQ areas were nice

Unfortunately, at the time of our stay there was major construction work going on in an adjacent property which woke us up early in the morning. We were also plagued by noisy guests in a nearby room who had their TV blaring at 2 am, kept driving in and out at all hours and had loud conversations outside at 4.30 am! This level of noise has not occurred on previous visits.

Incredibly helpful and friendly owners, very clean and perfectly adequate for a short stay where we were out for most of the day at the GP. Location was further away from GP than ideal but hardly the fault of the motel! With trams virtually by the door to the city it still worked well for the GP and lower cost than accommodation closer in. No other acceptable accommodation closer to the GP was available. Beds comfy but a little hard for me but no doubt fine for those that like firm beds. Kitchenette fine and had everything needed for short stay, simple breakfast, snacks etc

Air conditioning was a bit noisy but that's a personal preference and easily solvable.

Stayed overnight as we were attending an event in the area the next day. Very serviceable, clean, comfortable, and close to a huge shopping centre with plenty of meal options.

Handy location, comfortable room and quiet room despite being very close to Burwood Hwy. I like the separate kitchen space - quite roomy for the price.
