1. Housekeeping only comes if you stay over 7 days. Limited towel supply- 1 towel pp 2. Consumables is only provided as welcome pack including toilet paper. 3. Really dusty floor on arrival. 4. No kitchen chux provided for wiping kitchen bench 5. Mouldy laundry machine 6. Very small parking for big cars. Once you are parked in between concrete walls on both side, you can barely get off. 7. Many light bulbs are not working and Tv batteries should have been replaced- left it outside to let house keeping know 8 no door for master bedroom toilet and facing bedroom directly with no privacy 9 no extra blanket or heater in bedrooms

Lovely views, saw whales from the lounge with a zoom lens. Close to shops. Parking and late evening key pick up went well. We were a family group with our parents and our kids and the luxury 3 bed unit suited us all, with pool, spa, tennis courts and just a short walk to beach.

Apartment is dated so the some furniture is on its last legs. We ran out of hot water on the first day.

Our only slight problem was with the dining table & stools. Lovely furniture but not for 3 ladies over 70. We had difficulty getting up in them & pulling ourselves up to the table & vice versa, they are very heavy. We would have liked a chainsaw to saw the legs off! 🤣. Alright for the young though.

The location was awesome, so close to everything, restaurants, Oasis Centre etc. A roomy apartment with everything we required.

Probably a little pricey. You pay for the location. Apartment minor bedrooms were a little small.

Our room was extremely dusty. Bathrooms not very clean, some mould in shower. Main ensuite window had cracks at top.

Apartment (number 13) was great, nicely decorated and comfortable. Definitely in a good area. Management a bit lacking… was quickly given an envelope on arrival, that’s it! No welcome or instructions other than to park in car park around corner. This had no signs and drove around the block 3 times looking for it. Booked a superior 3BR with sea views, was given a level 3 apartment and definitely no sea views… major disappointment! As we had looked around for a while to make sure we had sea view as my elderly aunts were coming with us.

Property is situated close to Broadbeach shopping centre, including supermarket and restaurants. We had good views of the beach area and surrounding city/hinterland. We booked 3 apartments for ourselves and our extended family. All apartments were comfortable and well setup.

Nothing really.

It was a large 3 bedroom apartment and sufficed for our family. Close enough to walk through to beach, great pool, fun table tennis and pool tables, no gym.
