Pillows were very uncomfortable, far too big and not soft at all.

Meals, breakfast and dinner, were all very good, better than expected. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast took too long to arrive. When you need to pack and check out it needs to be more efficient, especially since it was fairly empty. Generous portions at least.

Wonderful bed and quiet room (and unexpected but delightful upgrade delivered by a very welcoming receptionist), Appelles toiletries are beautiful, everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Evening meals were delicious. Service out of the kitchen was a little slow but more than compensated for by great service, especially from Mahesh. The short walk from the station was perfect for catching the train both ways. Everything else needed a taxi which was anticipated. The push button call for the taxi was easy at the front desk.

No microwave or toaster in the rooms, this is something I thought most places did have now, however the kitchen were happy to help & heat up food for us.

Excellent location walking distance from the train station to Sydney. Loved the layout with rooms off balconies surrounding glamourous central dining room/atrium. Excellent value for money for a budget hotel, all facilities were of excellent quality.

Found the mattress a little soft compared to what we are used too but it wouldn’t stop us returning again.

One of the Doona on the single bed was unclean, old blood stains, sweat stains, awe-full. But the staff were excellent in replacing doona and gave us a voucher for 1 free drink of our choice.

We loved our Room. We loved having secure parking. We loved having a dining room and great food by the way. We loved 24hr Concierge. We loved the kind and helpful Staff. Bed Comfy. Great experience.

Shower in bath, was difficult for me to get in and out of. Staff at reception very unfriendly. One told me daughter who was visiting that she was not allowed up to my room!

There wasn't a great deal of toiletries and there was no toilet brush in the bathroom. No room service for breakfast which was inconvenient if you had a late night and wanted breakfast in the room. Other than that, I cannot fault the place

The room needed good airing as the smell of moldy carpet mixed with deodorisers was quite pungent. The gym needs some TLC in more ways than one.

Second time staying at this hotel. The location and cost are great. The beds are super comfy, and I also like the feel of the hotel in general. The staff are lovely and the breakfast and coffee deal is amazing. Can't forget the free parking!
