The location was fantastic! The beach is just a short walk away, and getting to Surfers Paradise Beach is super easy—only three stops on the Light Rail. There’s also a great little bagel shop nearby, which was perfect for quick breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again just for the convenience!

AustraliaCockroaches are an issue but I did see baits out so I think that is just QLD
First room very small and had issues with other guests using laundry all night along our wall so we were promptly upgraded by management which was great. The rest of our stay was really good. Only thing I think would be courtesy umbrellas as rained a lot - not the property fault it rained but it would be nice to be able to run down the street and borrow an umbrella for short time. New management were very friendly.

Ended up putting a duvet inner under the sheet to lie on to cushion it a bit more which helped. The drawer in bedroom can do with a bit of attention. Toilet didn't flush very well at all. Kitchen lower cupboard needs a bit of repair
It is very roomy which is fantastic. Swimming pool is brilliant. So close to trams, buses, beach!!

AustraliaRoom smelt of mould. Carpet was rippled. Looked old. You could smell it from outside. They had a diffuser in the entrance, that didn't work. We slept with sliding doors open. Power shorted, lost charge on phones. Thus no alarm in the morning.
The view from the room was beautiful. Bathroom was spacious.

AustraliaParts of the room were dirty on the floor, the light switch was 'taped up' with electrical tape which indicated the fan light was faulty (I'm an electrician). The dual rooms were not what I expected. I didn't like to share facilities. The other room stunk of disgusting food. The door lock to the room was loose, wallpaper was ripped behind, the wall behind the pillows were dirty, the fridge was propped up by a piece of wood. The wood in the sauna didn't feel very stable and felt like it could be replaced.
Had an adults pool, kids pool, and spa.

AustraliaThe apartment is in need of a make over, it was clean but had damage on a wall where someone had punched a hole and a door knob that had been almost completely ripped out. It was also advertised as having a washing machine which was not correct. The washing machine (which was filthy) is shared with another apartment and as the rules did not allow noise between 9pm and 9am, this made accessing the machine difficult. The apartment is on the ground floor right next to the underground parking which made it very noisy at times, sometimes in the early hours of the morning.
Ease of access to beach, close to Surfers Paradise shops and entertainment and tram close by made travelling very easy. The managers, Will and Marty, were excellent, always happy and helpful and made sure we had a great stay. The apartment had a faulty fridge and when it was reported Will and Marty ensured a replacement fridge was made available immediately.
