We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

This property was amazing and would highly recommend. Location was perfect for what we need for business purposes. Conveniently located to shops and restaurants for a quick bite to eat after a busy day working. The lady on reception was so helpful before we even arrived by confirming our arrival time via phone and then when checking in she was friendly and helpful on providing tips on the local dining and entertainment in the area.

AustraliaOnly thing I didnt like was having to drag luggage up the stairs from carpark. Would be nicer if you could park closer to your actual apartment. But this is only a very small inconvenience
Price, location, the rooms it was all fantastic. This was a last minute booking after I had to leave my original accommodation which was horrible. Wish I could book a longer stay next time but booking.com says you have no room for us in the holidays so I'll keep trying.

AustraliaOur carpet had quite a few stains on it, which detracted from the appearance. Tile grout in the shower areas was mouldy, although far from the worst I have seen in hotels.
The location was excellent. The decor was a little dated but well maintained and in good condition.

Conveniently located, walking distance to AQWA and the pier to board the ferry to Rottnest Island. Comfortable beds, and huge place. We had a kitchen and laundry area at our place. Easy late check in. Back gate opens to the shops. Staff was super nice.

SingaporeThere were no lift and no sheltered walkway from the carpark to the apartment. we have elderly with us and 8 big luggage. Got to carry the luggage and climb staircase from basement carpark to the apartment area and then 2 flight if staircase again to my room. What made it more difficult was it was raining on the day we checked out. no sheltered from our apartment to the carpark.
is just 2mins walk to the Ferry terminal, it made our trip to Rottnest Island very easy. A lot of eateries downstairs. I like the washing machine and dryer in the apartment too.
