Pool not heated. Not usually a problem in Exmouth I suppose! Too cold for me…

Room small but comfy with a good bathroom and plenty of coat hangers, which is rare! Quiet overnight. Communal kitchen and dining facility outstanding. Lounge and games room look great (didn’t use). Fabulous guest laundry with washing lines and free driers. $4 per washing load, under 40 mins per load. Got 3 weeks worth of washing done super efficiently! Nice garden with seating.

The initial photo of the pool area on the documents made it look larger than it was. Only a personal thought but perhaps consider removing a few of the trees around the outside seating area it made it rather dark.

The room was comfortable and clean, Liked the idea of the shared kitchen / dining room area especially as there were no facilities in the room. You then got chance to meet other guests and find out about what else was happening in the area. Added bonus of being able to use washing facilities.

The room was very small and old. Expensive for what it was but probably reflects remote location.

The communal kitchen was a bonus. Really well stocked - pans, utensils, plates, spices, oil and sauces.

The room was comfortable, showers hot. The communal kitchen was very well equipped. Great laundry, and to be able to hang washing out was wonderful. The pool was like a little oasis. The location was close enough to all amenities that you could walk if you wanted. Would stay here again.

It would be good if the owner attached some hooks at the back of the bathroom doors (to hang towels). Everything is clean in the common area in the kitchen, but the microwave oven needs a deep clean inside.

Everything is good and in line with expectations. I have been warned about the size of the room (from reviews of other customers). Still though small, the room is clean and has all we need.

You could unfortunately hear the room next door but overall it wasn't loud and everyone was considerate. I understand the location and being in season would reflect the cost I paid but did expect a little more from my room. The rest of the place and facilities were very good, though.

They had good, clean facilities, the kitchen was well stocked, clean and looked after. The pool was nice and appreciated the off-street parking.

Amazing shared kitchen. I’ve never seen one so equipped, clean and organised. Walking distance to several tour pickup points and local shopping and restaurants.

Very good location, close to shops and cafes; beautiful outdoor area; large, well-equipped communal dining area, making it easy to cook a substantial meal; plenty of secure car parking space. Friendly welcome at check-in.

As the rooms are so small, i think the little coffee table, decortive pillows, and vase of dried flowers could be removed from the rooms to save space for luggage. Also, room 24 really does need a new mattress but didn't spoil our holiday.

Great motel-style accommodation walking distance from town. Nice and clean, although very small rooms, once unpacked there are plenty of cupboards and nooks and crannies to store stuff. Lovely big shared kitchen well equipped and clean even has eskys to borrow for picnics. Nice chatting to other guests too. We had a wonderful stay in Exmouth and the accommodation was great.

The laundry can only be used 3-8pm and they have to take stuff off the line in the morning too, so it wasn't always easy to get our washing done. Also the machines need coins so future guests who will require laundry - make sure you have a load of $2 coins at the ready! A small thing and didn't impact our stay.

The shared kitchen was super well equipped. The games room and outdoor spaces lovely and peaceful. Our group of 2 x families found the spaces really flexible and useful. It was quiet at night as well. Having teabags, milk and plenty of spices and oil etc was also really helpful. A step up from a backpackers, but same relaxed, convivial vibe without the noise and mess, and much older guests - families and grey nomads mostly.

Our only gripe is the rooms were a little noisy, you could hear other people in the corridor and other rooms, showering for example, but since everyone was so considerate it's a minor gripe.

Lovely spot, quiet and secluded with excellent facilities. The communal kitchen/dining room had everything you needed very well laid out with clear instructions on how everything worked. Really nice outside dining and relaxation space leading to the pool area. All in all a fantastic spot to stay in Exmouth in a great location.

The property’s cleanliness and interesting decor oozes love and care by the Management. The huge kitchen area with modern facilities was always immaculate. An interesting beautiful doco on Exmouth is continually showing on a screen in kitchen area. Easy walking distance to town centre and restaurants

Could I please suggest better ventilation in the communal kitchen facilities? The hob exhaust fans don't appear to be connected to an external ventilation vent.

I love staying at Ningaloo Lodge. Always a relaxed atmosphere. 5-10 minute walk into town. Pick up point for whale shark tours. Great laundry, kitchen and BBQ facilities. Lovely communal pool too!
