The resort is a bit over 1km to Noosa Hastings St and a bit further to Noosaville riverside restaurants. So the walk back in the evening is slight downside if no car....but the rate reflects that. So fair value.

Each apartment is individually owed. When I asked to have the broken coffee plunger replaced, it wasn't possible. Otherwise the apartment was comfortable.

Good sized pool and outdoor entertaining area with river views. Good location with cafe, resturants and a convenience store next door.

Our unit was very old with only floors refurbed. The windows were difficult to use because of their age and did not block out the road noise very well in the bedrooms. I believe other rooms which have been renovated would be much more enjoyable so we will aim for that next time. An elevator would be great too :) Check out instructions would have been great too.

The view and location is exceptional. The pool is absolutely fantastic as is the entertaining/bbq area. A short walk into Hastings and the headland walks and very close to amazing restaurants and ameneties. The complex itself was nice and quiet on the river side.

Asked to wash up dishes and pack away. We only received on packet of dishwashing powder which we used and had to hand wash. This is unfair on the next guests as they are relying on everyone washing dishes to perfection, and some of our glasses were not too clean.

The ‘superior’ apartment felt more like ‘standard’ in terms of quality and upkeep. A couple of door handles broken, toilet roll holder hanging off the wall, cooking utensils filthy. It was comfortable enough but didn’t look like any of the pictures of superior apartments on the booking.com site. The pool area would be substantially improved with a couple more umbrellas. The majority of the sun lounges were in full sun for the whole day so unusable for any length of time.

Apartment 30 - needs updating and some repairs. Sofa had stains. All cupboards unclean. There was a melted icecream in bedside drawer in 2nd bedroom with bugs.. Crockery/mugs chipped. Second bedroom had no PowerPoints but had lamps (with nowhere to plug them in). Noise in bedrooms from traffic A third umbrella by the pool would be good for extra shade

Location! Loves the river frontage. And close to public transport and some shops/cafes. Size of apartment, particularly the living area and balcony. Air con and fans worked well. Handy to have washer & dryer. Pool was terrific. On site car parking very handy.

Low water pressure in shower. Old shower head thats too low. Lint filter in dryer was overly full on arrival. Vent in shower area also covered in fluff. Little bit of mould in grouting on shower walls. Couch gave me hay fever. Deck areas needed a sweep especially the back deck which was covered in leaves from trees above. Toilet door did not close properly.

Standard 2brd ground floor was good. Had everything you need and was modern enough for an enjoyable stay. Great location, BBQ, Pool, and view. The two jetties were very handy for fishing and stand up paddle boarding. Close to shop and fantastic restaurants. Comfortable pillows and bed. I recommend and I'd stay again.

Unfortunately, our unit was lacking in many things. Most of the furniture was old and not well maintained, appliances were limited and what appliances there were, were aged. The kitchen was not stocked with enough cookware to be useable. The ironing board was not useable. The on site Managers were lovely and quickly fixed what they could.

The location of the property was beautiful. incredible view and easy walk/free bus to the main beach and Hastings Street. the grounds and pool area were all beautifully maintained

Room was a good size but a little dated Furniture needs to be updated and a few repairs needed to be done. I don’t think we got the room we booked. In our apartment the two bedrooms faced a busy road. There was no air con in the bedrooms only ceiling fans but there was air con in the lounge room.

Great location. Resort was on the river and bus stop was 2mins away. Pool was large with a great bbq area. Room was a good size with free toiletries. Bathroom/laundry combo was a great size. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. A little convenient store and bottle shop near bus stop with a cafe, fish and chip shop and two really good restaurants. A short car or bus ride into Hastings street and beach. Kitchen well equipped.

Office hours insufficient. No check in until 2pm Sunday, office closed at midday. No opportunity to discuss unit allocation. Need walking aid but was allocated third floor unit. Painful up and down.

Outstanding unit. Excellent pool and garden settings. Best unit we have stayed in in our many trips to Noosa.

couple of things in our room were broken tap on main bathroom kept falling off plug for main sink didnt fit neither I mentioned as it didnt impact our stay too much. when it rained you couldn’t use the balcony at all and it took ages to dry off.

There wasn't anything we didn't really like except that I thought it would be nice if the pool had night lighting. It's always nice to look at that at night.

We loved the warm pool and bbq area. Our view was amazing. The apartment was fresh, new and clean.

Stayed on the top floor and no lifts. Not a train smash, but difficult when you have lots to carry. Only a communal BBQ area, would be nice to have your own gas BBQ. Opportunity to rent canoes, paddle boards etc available from hotel further down the road, but it's more than a kilometre away, so a bit far.

Lovely place, stunning view, updated interior, clean, everything you need to prepare meals, comfy beds and pillows.
