Getting charged 35 dollars for leaving sausages behind. Would take 2 seconds to throw into the bin. Absolutely ridiculous. Just forgot them in the fridge and getting charged 35 dollars for this is madness.

The following items 1. The TV did not work as the HDM1 could not connect, an error message stating this came up. 2. There was no hand soap in the apartment, we had to buy some. 3. There are no pool towels in the apartment. 4.,The fob would not open the door from the pool into the stairway. We had to walk around to the front of the apartments and gain access through the car park. I left a voice message on the out if hours phone number and did not receive a reply communication.

Good views of the river and close to Noosa Heads beach.

Staff with exception of Ian ( groundskeeper) were hardly around and when they were, were not very accommodating . No paper towel in kitchen. Only one small hand soap in bathroom. Have to pay 5$ for a towel for pool? Would be more professional and given the money spent to rent the place, should be included and only have a refundable deposit for use of beach/pool towels

The quality of the pillows is very poor. I understand for hygiene reasons they need to be changed frequently, and this is a cost factor.

Unsurpassed for location right on the river with all day sunshine to enjoy the pool. All apartments have magnificent views and are very comfortable. Great restaurants nearby, and also a little supermarket for all your necessities. Short walk to Hastings Street, but far enough away to enjoy a quiet, restful vacation

We stayed for 7 days and received just 2 days washing detergent etc. Not appropriate at this price point. Access to rooms is via a very noisy stair well with doors banging at all hours.

Apartment Layout - had to walk through ensuite to get to bedroom, shower didn't work properly, couldn't get free to air channels on main TV, dishwasher hard to open, mattresses very firm.

There was a lot of noise from the street outside the bedrooms. Apartment was not as clean as we would prefer it to be. Also the furniture is a bit outdated.

Good location with nice views of the river. Nice pool and BBQ-area, friendly staff.

It was very old and dated inside and it required some maintenance. Noise filtered through from the apartment above. I thought the price per night was expensive for the quality of the apartment.

We liked the location and the outlook from the balcony. It was clean and the shower had great water pressure.

Room old and tired, only air con in lounge area, fan in main bedroom did not work. Felt like room was falling apart and everything was old or broken or had pieces missing from it.

As soon as we walked in, we could smell this sewage smell. We opened patios doors and window to air out the apartment as we arrived later in the afternoon. We even sprayed room spray to make it better. It only masked the smell for a few minutes. The smell was so intense we couldn’t stay in the apartment for 1 night. The only aircon in the apartment wasn’t working. The bed sheets smelt bad. It was the worst experience we had. The apartment was over priced for a tiny living and 1 bathroom we had to share between 4 of us. We received only a partial refund even though we didn’t even spend 1 night.

Bathroom and kitchen could do with an upgrade, but still perfectly functional

Location is excellent, views are amazing. Pool and BBQ areas are great to just unwind and relax in. Quiet location however just a short walk to Hastings.
