No coffee machine in the room . Shower over the bathtub. Would have preferred a walk in shower.

We have stayed here a few times but this time our room disappointed. There was visible mould all around the bath/shower and did not feel comfortable giving our toddler a bath. There was blood stains on the bed sheets aswell. I mentioned this to reception staff and they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom apartment which was alot more spacious and more comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Only other feedback was that it was quite cold at night. Blanket on bed was very thin. We requested another blanket which helped.

not enough soft lights - especially in bathroom - it was full metal jacket there at night. can we have a soft light in the bathroom? or night light in the hall. lack of depth in tea bag offerings in the room. You were so good in every other aspect but the tea bags were grungy motel material!

powerful sound proofing with a very noisy street and construction site next door! loved the view of the lit up buildings convention centre area, the sky and the parklands great bath great kitchen facilities loved the cafe free breakfast - charming staff at the coffee club! I loved the 'balcony' door opening into the fresh morning air - I've stayed at sealed hotels and really didn't like that.

Room on 4th floor looked directly into construction very close next door with workers starting early and feeling like they almost in the room. I realise this is out of your control but just made it not the perfect experience.

Location opposite the Convention Centre was perfect for me.

The wifi was very slow which was not great for work purposes - I ended up using my phone as a hot spot. Would have been good to have a coffee maker in the room instead of just instant coffee.

Great location and easily accessible for conference centre, tram, railway station. The room was spacious and gave us everything we needed. The bed was comfy.

fridge required replacing, no phone within the unit - i understand that the Oakes had just recently taken over the unit - staff were great in fixing the problems.

Kettle did not turn off itself, shower head needs descaling urgently

Nothing major, just little things. Kettle stopped working mid-stay, however staff arranged replacement straight away. Shampoo instead of handwash at handbasin in bathroom and a burn mark from ?iron on the floor of the bedroom. Staff at front desk were always friendly and helpful.

The two TV's weren't working well. The TV in the bedroom did not work at all and the one in the living area was faulty (the audio was consistently out of sync with the video).

We were there for a Concert at the Festival Hall so the location was excellent. Our first room backed onto Hindley Street and it was very noisy until 3:30 in the morning. My wife complained in the morning and we were relocated to a room at the front of the building which was fantastic. We also had a shower over a bath in the first room which we considered very dangerous to get in and out of, the replacement room had a separate shower.

Paying $40 per day for parking however it was located within the building & was a safe & secure place to leave our car.

Well equipped clean & comfortable 1 bedroom apartment with a balcony. We were in the 9th floor looking across part of the city. Bed was great & spa bath was relaxing. Close & easy walking distance to lots of attractions. Will definitely stay again next time we visit Adelaide.
