There was no microwave, not even in the communal area and we found the beds hard/uncomfortable.

Water park was amazing! Staff were friendly. Room size was great, it was nice to have a table and chairs to sit at in the room. The hotel is in good location, close to shops and beach.

I was very unhappy that they don’t recycle their coffee cups. I asked about this and am very disappointed that they don’t do this, very poor, they have a responsibility to do their bit environmentally

The cleanliness of the apartment wasn’t great. We stayed in a hotel room last time and it was lovely however this time in the 1 bed apartment we found a used Band-Aid and used cotton bud plus overall was a little bit grubby.

The location, the jumping pillow and water park. Would be even better if the playground included some play equipment for smaller kids.

The only thing we didn't like was the water park closing so early when it it is warm .

The place was generally looking a bit tired for the cost it is. The air con made the room smell like old cigarettes.

Location was excellent, and the facilities around the resort were well maintained. The buffet breakfast was amazing!

I didn't like the orange tiles around the pool especially near the spa area my son slipped and hurt his back. I also didn't like not having our room serviced daily. We ran out of tea and coffee, and had to request fresh towels.

We Liked the waterpark jumping pillow and putt putt golf for the kids. It allowed us the opportunity to relax. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Especially in the restaurant. The rooms were very clean, the best I've come across for cleanliness.

there wasn't too much the water slide was closed for 2days while we were there,

it was good for the kids as we had a 2year old and 4-year-old, love the fact that the shopping center is across the road. facilities to accommodate every age group.

The room had a damp smell it seems as though the rooms could do with a freshen up however once the windows were opened it wasn’t so bad. Other then that we couldn’t fault a single thing about our stay!

I loved that there was something for everyone, the waterpark the mini golf the pool and spa, the restaurant. It was so handy that we never had to leave the resort! The food was incredible and the ease of ordering a wide variety of food from the bar throughout the day whilst by the pool or waterpark made it that much better!

When we called the hotel, we were quoted what the guy said was their best available rate. We then went on a booking website and booked the same standard room for $50 cheaper. Not really a problem with the hotel facilities but made us think that he wasn’t being honest with us.

Good sized, well-equipped room including a mini Nespresso machine and pods. Comfortable bed. Beautiful, well kept grounds. Bar/restaurant on site overlooking the pool had happy hour, which was a nice surprise.

Very noisy, rooms are too bright at night as hallways lights are bright. Can't block any light out.

Rooms were not serviced at all during in our 4 day stay, tea or coffee facilities not restocked, no beds made, just towels literally dropped on the unmade bed every day, old towels no even removed from bathroom floor.

I feel it had gone down hill a bit. Equipment was run down. Plovers were attacking viciously while we played mini putt putt. Volleyball was all muddy and unusable. Toilets near water park were boggy and disgustingly dirty.

I like all the activities available on site as well as the proximity to shops, restaurants and the beach.
