Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Even though the executive suite room we reserved looked like the photographs on the website, it's actually quite little.
Greetings in the morning from the cheerful restaurant employee. She is incredibly gracious and fulfilled our request for a cooked breakfast. The pool is tidy and tiny.

The shower over the very high bath. The dinner at the restaurant was terrible. My Scotch fillet steak was tough, grisly and raw! One of the worst meals I have ever had. The breakfast wasn’t marvellous either. Very dried out fried and scrambled eggs.
The room was spacious and comfortable but the shower over the bath was a challenge. You need to be young and agile to get into the shower as the bath is very high. Not at all good for the elderly.

Price was quite high for a standard room. However, it was Good Friday, so I guess it's all in the cost of turnover. The shower rose was so high up. Lovely renovated bathroom but they missed the brief on placement for shorter people and we are tall.
Reception were really lovely and moved us to another room as air conditioning was a noisy older unit that was squeaking when we arrived in our room. Town was very quiet due to public holiday but close enough to everything.

The staff were so nice and friendly. The new gentleman that was on breakfast was fantastic, polite and courteous. Breakfast took a little long to cook but ok.

The desk and chair was very dirty. Something spilt. The iron had white stuff coming off onto clothes.

However, the only aspect that could be improved upon was the buffet breakfast ( you can pay for buffet or order a regular portion). While there was cereals, toasts and a lots of sweets, I felt that there could have been more variety or perhaps fresher options available, cheese or maybe boiled eggs. Nonetheless, I would still recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and friendly atmosphere.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the hotel boasts a convenient location, and I had a restful night's sleep, contributing to a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Unfortunately there wasn’t much option for the restaurant menu, the air con was also very high near the ceiling so it took a few hours to cool down the room unfortunately it didn’t get very cool, the mini bar was also very expensive $8 for a water Very small and tight car spots and limited parking unless you want to park around the back, driving in and out also had a very big dip in the driveways where we scrapped our car
I loved that they had a indoor pool, the room was also very big, room service menu was good value unfortunately there wasn’t a option to order any drinks with the meals

The room looked exactly like the photos, so I was very happy. Had plenty of room to store our things and being able to stream to the tv from our phone was great after a long drive and just wanting to relax. Staff were very friendly and helpful and even took an interest in what my finance' and I were up to while staying in the area.

Pool closed at 830pm during the summer holidays.And separated from motel units indoors would disterm other suggest people like to have swim after dinner and before bed., when its hot. So we didnt get time to use facility of pool. :(

Be mindful to check your invoice. We were over charged $100 to our room for dinner but the team was prompt in refunding me when I picked up on it.
Reception staff were fantastic and the meals at the restaurant were delicious. Great value for money. Room was clean, tidy and spacious with very comfortable beds. We would stay again.

Stairs - we had a dream duffle dance bag we had to drag up the stairs and back down again. I didn't see any info about stairs. Assumed it was 1 level or had a lift.
