No bathrooms other than in your room. We checked out then waiting for the shuttle there was no bathrooms we could use.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, amazing customer service. Very close to the airport. Shuttle included to the airport, runs every 30min.

As I arrive very early at 5.00 am and check in is too late at 3.00 pm and it’s my first time in LV even in US. I was surprised there were no washrooms In lobby area. I had critical days after waiting of 4 hours o got respond in a rude way that they don’t have washrooms only in rooms it’s insane.

As it was busy weekend in LV was not far location

I didn’t come across any problems.

So close to the airport we could have walked (which was why I chose this hotel). The room was clean and in excellent condition. The breakfast included hot food (eggs, sausages, potatoes) as well as the usual muffins and yogurt.

Laundry room was a bit questionable.

Breakfast was quite good, choice between hot and cold. Fresh fruit provided but mostly apples. Fortunately, I like apples.

The shuttle to the airport did not pick us up. My son and I and another group of guests were waiting for shuttle to arrive at 10:45 pm. It didn't come even though the last shuttle was to be at 11pm. We all waited til about 11:30 pm. We had called ahead of time. We got cabs. One reason I had booked with Best Western was free shuttle. I had left my car at the hotel while traveling also.

Breakfast was great. Location was great since close to the airport. Check out time was 12 pm instead of most hotels being 11am. We were tired from the flight. I could leave the car parked at hotel while we were out if town.

Some parts were updated, but some were not in as good shape, such as woodwork trim and bathtub. There was only one eating place that was a walkable distance, which is a Taco drive-up.

Close to airport with easy access by car. Close to the strip but not on the strip. The room was somewhat updated and clean, but the breakfast stole the show. Best hotel complimentary breakfast ever! A pleasant suprrise.

I didnt like the location by the airport because the streets were very confusing. And I didn't like that I couldn't find parking and had to park on the street.

Not much to look at from the outside, but it was nice on the inside. And clean,and did not smell like smoke. Room was clean beds were firm pillows were soft 👍 shampoo and conditioner included. All good stuff. I also liked that the room had microwave and fridge, and AC.

The location is very convenient. The staff were amazing, very helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious and the facilities were decent. Breakfast was basic, but with well thought out options.

Check in was a little longer than expected (due to WiFi being down) but front desk person did what she could to help.

The hotel while pretty clean is rather old, with furniture and appliances a bit outdated. Location is off the strip and basically I needed taxi or uber for going to any other place.

Staff at reception were very professional, friendly, and helpful. The check-in and check-out went pretty fast. Close to UNLV. OK hotel for short business trips, but not fancy.
