We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe reverse cycle heating didn't let off much warmth and was noisy. My unit didn't have any cushions on the lounge which was firm and square shaped so I had to bring the bedroom pillows out which worked well enough.
Nice quiet location, unit was very clean, bed very comfy with crisp linen, nice hot shower.

AustraliaMinibar would be better with greater variety of options and complimentary bottled water. Staff are efficient & responsive, but not overly friendly. Kitchen could be better equipped as their pots & pans need replacing. A coffee maker or plunger and bigger range of complimentary tea/coffee sachets would also elevate this aparthotel. I stay here several times a year, as well as other local hotels. Other hotels are generally a bit more generous with early/late check-ins, rescheduled bookings etc.
Great location near shops, beach, restaurants, bars & public transport. It's always clean here. Staff & processes are efficient. Very spacious apartments, comfortable & quiet. Lots of free onsite parking. Minibar has the usual options.

AustraliaThere was only a microwave oven. We expected a stove as it was advertised as having a kitchen. The toilet cistern in one bathroom was badly cracked, as was a tile.
The size of the rooms was exceptional. Ww had two bathrooms. The balcony was eqipped with table and chairs and faced the escarpment. A lovely view. A good lift. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
