Pool & Gym facilities a bit tired

Beautiful facility and grounds. The room was absolutely extravagant, loved the wrap around balcony in the corner suite.

Wasn’t part of the main building so we had to walk, but only for roughly 5 minutes so not too bad.

The chalet room was way from the main building that we did not know about it.

Room was spacious, bathroom was very clean, tv was in the centre except for movies you need to make payment for it.

I wanted to stay in the main building, was not expecting that i will be off the main building and that through away all my plans. Wanted to enjoy the swimming pool, sauna and the gym but was not able to do so

Sauna wasn’t hot enough (less than 60 degrees), heavy sauna door was closing abruptly, which can cause minor injuries. I think you can fix at least 2nd issue.

Customer service was exceptional: did everything I inquired. Hotel is tidy and offered lots of facilities, which we used (spa, gym, restaurants)

The receptionist upgraded us for a small fee and our room was exceptional. Service amazing. Couldn’t rate them highly enough.

Not one thing can be faulted, it was exceptional.

I have stayed at many 5 start hotels around Australia and the world and I must say nothing and come close for the services offered at this RACV resort. From the helpful staff, to the incredibly clean facilities, I truly felt like I was on a resort retreat. The pool, spa & sauna was exceptional, the Deluxe room was perfect in every way and my family and I enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return.

We had the absolute pleasure of experiencing a beautifully crafted 5-course meal, and every dish was a true delight. The flavours were rich and perfectly balanced, with each course leaving a lasting impression. Presentation was exceptional—every plate was visually stunning and thoughtfully prepared. The customer service was outstanding, with warm, attentive staff who made us feel genuinely welcome throughout the evening.
