Not enough car spaces for the amount of units and was not impressed by the check in system which is all done by phone. There are enough units to warrant a reception and personal care.

looking at the building we were a bit apprehensive about what the room would be like but we were pleasantly surprised and it was much better than we thought. It had been updated and renovated at some stage.

Hard pillows, cobwebs, being asked to vacate the room, even though we had booked and paid for extra night. Noise from people walking past the room all night. Our room was at the top of wooden stairs.

It was the closest we could get to the PA hospital. My husband liked the mattress

No staff on hand, everything done by text message. Remote controls for TV not working and Aircon remote missing. This was my 2nd stay, the first time was excellent so a bit disappointed this time.

The room is very comfortable, the bed is excellent for sleeping. I would have liked the room to be cleaner, there were many dirty things like the sheets, glasses, cutlery and a smell in the room that was not pleasant. But our stay in the room was good, it is very close to the city by bus :)

Exterior of property really needs a face lift. All done over text message . I had to pay direct deposit and I still have not received a tax receipt that I need for work.

Floor was dirty, shower pressure not good, and took a long time for hot water to come through. Broken soap dish tile in shower.

It was comfortable enough for a couple of hours to sleep, possibly not anymore than a night though.

There was long black hair all over the floor and bathroom and in the toilet bowl so I don't think it was vacuumed or cleaned very well.

Bed was big. AC was great. Location is good. Easy to check in.

Overall room was tidy .Bathroom was clean but basin tap and shower head were needing maintenance.Clean bedding covered the blood stains on mattress and doona.Get what you pay for but hygienes still expected.

Motel was close to Southbank and rail stations.

What i didn’t like was the aircon wasn’t working properly in both rooms until i had cleaned the filters in both of my rooms because they were so blocked up and growing mould it was not nice.

Very close to main road, so was concerned traffic would keep me awake, but slept well.

Clean, tidy, well set up with all one could need for a brief stay. Very close (walking distance) from UQ on the other side of the river.

Nobody available at checkin, you have to call. Lots of damaged items in the bathroom, TV unable to turn on, fire alarm had a bag taped over it and the hallway to the room was damp and smelled of smoke.

The bed was comfortable and the sheets clean.
