The curtains need replacing. Bedrooms aren't dark at all light is coming straight in. Not good for trying to sleep.

The blinds need replacing. They were mouldy and did not black out the light. They had been fixed with temporary measures. The washing machine didn't spin. As a group going away for sport, we take this type of accommodation so we can launder our own clothes. We did notify the management but it wasn't able to be fixed. Main bathroom also had a bit of mould, and there was a damp musty smell.

Property was spacious and quite comfortable. It had everything that we needed for our short stay. Close to all required facilities. We had an issue with WiFi and the internet, but that was dealt with promptly. As was a missing blind panel.

Master bedroom desperately needs curtains. The street light shines directly into your eyes & there is a lack of privacy both in the master bedroom and living room from such shabby blinds that are full of gaps- please spend a few hundred $$ and put some curtains up- master at a minimum!! The old oriental ornaments in the cabinet & desk in the living room with old cds/books are just gathering dust & make the place feel less clean- they take away from the place rather than add anything positive to the space.

Excellent location, love being able to step off the balcony into the garden and straight to sawtell beach. Easy check in. Good layout of the apartment. Kitchen well stocked with appliances. Good value/appropriate price.

Lack of curtains, especially in master bedroom. Blinds have gaps as all blinds do so it was bright sun beaming in from 6am and the rsl light across the road was flickering for two nights so that beamed into the master, curtains would solve this. Could just de clutter things a bit- the desk in the living room for example has a 1995 & 1997 street directory, a 1977 cd, along with some dusty ornaments scattered in dining room cabinet- just dust collectors - just toss them out or donate the worthwhile stuff- it’s cleaner when so many guests coming and going! These things took away from the space rather than added anything worthwhile!

Excellent excellent location with access to the apartment from the front and backyard. Quiet. Large living space and good size bedrooms. Clean and comfortable. Easy to check in & check out.

Quite dated, air conditioning only in living space. TV needs to be updated to something from this century.

Large space and two separate rooms and bathrooms. Walking distance to town and beach. Has enough furniture to meet most needs. Clean and tidy (besides since mould and mildew).

Dated, curtains are in bad repair. Hot water tank insufficient for a family of four . Sliding doors did not slide. It was hard to unlock the front door on most occasions and the key provided is bent so we are not the only ones who had trouble. Kitchen was quite dirty the fridge was dirty and smelly. There was a large walk in closet area but no shelving and only a handful of very poor quality hangers.

The pictures do not match the interior in the living room and the main bedroom. There was mould on the blinds (no curtains) and mould in both the bathrooms. The living room wasn't as comfortable as it looked in the pictures, with only a two seater sofa and 3 thin round chairs. Light was leaking through the blinds in the main bedroom.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and also close to the town. There's also underground parking which was perfect for rainy days. The facilities were great with the fully kitted out kitchen, washing machine and tumble drier.

We may have just not located it but if not, a stove top frying pan so you didn’t have to get the large electric fry pan out for cooking small items such as eggs.

The property was centrally located yet still offered privacy. We walked to beaches, the rock pool, the pub and restaurants. We were also impressed by the unit’s size, lay out and inclusions. It had every thing you could possibly need for your stay.
