Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was not much to dislike although could have been slightly cleaner, mostly the walls and some cockroaches.
The property was in a great location, apartment was large, comfortable and had everything we needed.

Great location - close to transport to get to wherever you want to go. Nice spacious apartment in the affordable range, the pool is great and it was a good spot for a small family trip.

The tv had the local channels but no wifi going to the TV for internet apps, Netflix etc. We solved by using Hotspot from our mobiles so not too major but slightly annoying-first world problem I guess.
Really wonderful family experience, close to all the action. We had a 3 bedroom apartment, clean and tidy with all the necessities for the kitchen and laundry. Everything was easy and the staff were lovely. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Bedroom areas were a little worn and could do with a paint touch up.
We loved the space in the apartment and the facilities. It was a bonus having a full laundry and two bathrooms. The decor in the living areas was up to date and stylish which made you feel like you were on holiday. We also found the complex quiet in comparison to others we have stayed in. Being close to beach and tram station was also great

If you dont want to overspend on accommodation, then this is the place for you. The apartments are outdated and old, but what can you expect from an older building. Management is friendly, and you're only a 5-minute drive from Calvil Avenue or 3 tram stops away.

There didn't seem to be any onsite management or staff and some evenings there were very large noisy crowds of teenagers in the pool - for hours. This is likely a one-off and on the whole it is great for families. Some deep cleaning would be useful - oven needed a clean.
The location is excellent - only two blocks from the beach and about 20 minute walk down to Pacific Fair. The apartments are spacious and well equipped and the balcony great. Everything was very comfortable. I liked that the apartments are not high rise and all units overlooked the pool. The pool and garden area were nicely kept and attractive.

Provided one roll only of toilet paper! Had to buy our own. No hairdryer. Couch had been broken and poor attempt to fix. The message in the leaving instructions of management enjoying any food left was a bit weird.
Location was great and value for money Undercover secure parking Pool was clean and enjoyed by us BBQ area was well stocked and useful. Overall, was adequate and well priced.

We didn’t have any dislikes.
Was comfortable, had all facilities necessary. The kids loved the. Swimming pool and the spa pool and our unit was right beside the pool. The 3 bedrooms were ideal. The BBQ worked well for us. Having a car garage was a bonus.
