Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThere are three major issues: 1. We struggled to lock the glass sliding door for ages. It's faulty and needs repair. 2. The bed head was hanging off the wall and made a banging racket every time we moved in the bed. We had to wedge a towel between it and the wall to keep it from banging around. It's faulty and needs repair. 3. I suggest you replace the piece of laminate in the bathroom underneath the vanity sink It makes the bathroom look shabby. Further Suggestions: * A hand towel rack/hook right next to the sink would be helpful, to prevent walking to the opposite wall in the room, wetting the floor. * You can hear everything going on in neighbouring rooms, and you can hear people walking and talking up and down the hallway at all hours of the night/early morning. Investing in soundproof insulation would have been a great idea. * I really hate plastic dining chairs and the quality of the interior design of the room would improve greatly just by changing to proper dining chairs. * A soaking wet washer was left on the sink in the bathroom, but that's a simple accidental oversight.
It's not the Ritz but it is tidy and clean. We had Room 37 again - the same room that we stayed in before. LOVE having the spa bath after a hard day's work on our block of land. I had a quick chat with the proprietor on check-in. He offered some good suggestions on local places to dine. Overall, we'd be happy to stay there again. The soft green feature wall with the beachy artwork is cheerful, fresh and lovely and the bed is comfortable. Again, we LOVE the spa bath after a hard days' work. Thank you.

Clean and comfortable. The location was a 'stones throw' from everything, and we had a very convenient car park near our entrance. The rooms were all ground level, which means no stairs, YAY! (my elderly mother was very happy about that). The staff were very friendly and very helpful. We had a great stay.
