Apartment 113 had a mouldy washing machine and I advised staff who were going to contact the owner.
This resort is sensational in its design, layout and landscaping. I found it spacious and well appointed and the staff were fantastic. It’s so close to two magnificent beaches and a headland where you can see whales and dolphins. A great place for kids too. And the town has a small town feel to it.

We will definitely stay here again, but would prefer a room with less road noise, ocean view side would be our preference.
Enjoyed our stay, great location to many amenities, choices of places to eat out or stroll across the road to a supermarket and get a few groceries and eat in. Take a walk on the beach or a swim in the ocean right at your doorstep, fantastic for our long weekend away.

We unfortunately were on the third floor and access from the second floor was by stairs only which was a bit unusual.
The apartment was very comfortable and well fitted out. the location was excellent with access to the beach, shops and restaurants

Lovely place. We visited in winter, so were expecting it, but many cafes and restaurants are closed on Mondays. There are lots of places to eat on other days and good walking paths. Close to other small towns for a visit.

Spa was not operational. Carpet in the rooms is not suitable for a beachside location and seemed a bit tired. Lounge was stained and appeared worn.
Accomodation was close to the beach, cafes and restaurants, contained a heated pool. Accomodation was clean and mostly tiled and well priced considering the location.

The king bed in master bedroom in unit 204 was very soft and saggy, uncomfortable and felt like you could roll off. Insufficient toilet paper for the number of occupants for a one week stay. Nothing provided to wipe down benches and tables - a bottle of Spray and Wipe is essential. A couple of little sachets of dishwashing liquid totally insufficient. For the price we paid for a full week stay I don’t expect to have to go and purchase essential kitchen products to maintain the cleanliness of the space. We specifically requested adjoining rooms when we booked for our family of 8 adults and 4 children, and were told room numbers 207 and 208 had been allocated to us as per this request. On arrival we were told 207 was not available as the owners had booked it. This outcome had never been explained to us when we booked and paid on the basis that we could have adjoining rooms. It was extremely disappointing that our main request was brushed aside, we were purposely not informed until we arrived to check in and at that point had paid in full with no option for refund or to find an alternative that would have met our needs.
The location, proximity to beach, cafes, shops, surf club and restaurants, as well as all the attractions of the Good Coast and northern New South Wales close by. The facilities of the property were excellent- 3 pools and spa, excellent for our family group. Well equipped kitchen, linen and towels provided.

I was disappointed it was missing simple ingredients like salt and pepper , olive oil , more tea bags , no coffee machine and a water jug . The beach bar downstairs below the apartment was noisy at times and we could smell cigarette smoke regularly whilst sitting in our verandah .
The pools were great and being close to the shops , walks and beach .

We unfortunately had a horrible lounge suite that was hard with poor cushions and very uncomfortable. It should have been replaced long ago. Simple things were also missing from the kitchen, like a sharp knife and oven mitts. The weather was hot but the aircon really did struggle to keep it cool even at night.
Closeness to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Very inviting pool area and spa. The unit had a big fridge which was useful.
