We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Everything ,it was so well set up. Lots of thought given to providing everything we could ever want or need. The spa was fabulous. So quiet and peaceful. Keyless entry was great.

AustraliaThe wifi (for blue wren lodge 2) was very very poor. This is 2023 not 2013. This needs To be improved. I feel they are trying to use the wifi from the main house given the suggestion to move the dongle outside. It just made working remotely much harder and also meant we couldn’t really watch Netflix, which was a shame. There was a barking dog at the main house during our whole stay which was very annoying.
Easy to find. Easy to access via door code. Clean. It’s on the main road but very quiet with no road noise. Comfy bed. Comfy sofa. Has all you need to cook (except an oven). Everything works well.

AustraliaUnfortunately the internet was not effective at all for our use. My husband likes to access work daily and the internet on site was not strong enough to do that. ( We do however understand that the internet can be difficult in many areas of Halls Gap)
The key pad was easy to access the property. The property was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a lovely flat walk into the shops and restaurants with lots of wildlife to encounter along the way.

We stayed in lodge 11 for 3 nights. The lodge was super clean, modern and comfortable. There was a full kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and stocked with everything you needed to cook. The bathroom was spacious and clean with hot water and fluffy towels. There was Netflix on the TV and a cosy wood fire heater. It was a short drive into the town and the hikes. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again.
