Spacious apartment, tropical decor, comfy bed and pillows. Pool and spa area was amazing, so tropical, lots of beautiful trees made it shady in the hot part of the day. Staff friendly. Close to the beach.

If I had to say something it would be that the pathways are a bit uneven and potential trip hazards. That’s all really.

It is a peaceful place. The gardens really make it feel tropical and relaxing. The pool and deck are shaded beautifully by the trees and gardens. I loved how our room opened out to the garden.

We love staying here, it’s our go to every time we’re in palm cove! Super quiet and gorgeous gardens lush throughout! Beautiful airy big rooms easy carpark area for guests and always clean

Small shower screen did not provide enough deflection for water while in use, causing a lot of water to end up on bathroom floor. Made floor mats very wet and uncomfortable under foot

The Wifi kept dropping in and out; possibly due to lots of users using it at the same time. Living and kitchen in same space and a little tight with only one 2 seater couch to sit on so couldn't spread out and be comfortable.

Great location, just of the main beach road which provided a quiet location. Bedroom and bed was very comfortable.

Due to rooms having louvres rather than windows the smoke from the downstairs smoker came into our room every morning. Also We thought other rooms looked not as good as ours.

It was loud, we were close to the pool and felt like we had limited privacy and the rooms had thin walls. There is restrictions on when to use spa baths because of this. Showers aren't great as the bathrooms are very open and there is no screen to keep steam in. Also they had soap instead of body wash. Haven't seen that in a while I forgot how drying it was. There is stairs everywhere so if you had a pram like us...it was a nightmare so make sure you ask for a ground floor.

Pool and spa looked good, parking was great and location was perfect. Rooms were good size and the deck was great. Especially if you had kids swimming you could watch them from your deck.

Horrible bed arrangement. Two uncomfortable single beds. Coffee and tea in the room but the cheapest possible type of instant coffee! How about a small ground coffee for the French-press...at least?

Nice spot, just a few steps away from the beach, cafes and restaurants. Pool was great, not crowded and nicely designed. Car parking on site was useful. Room on the first floor included a lovely balcony.

It was quite a climb to our room but well worth it for privacy and view.

Very friendly receptionist. Our room was quiet, with privacy and a view through the trees. Pool was quiet and the spa bath was therapeutic. Very close to the beach, cafes and shops.

The only downside of sleeping in a beautiful forest is the canopy does block quite a lot of sun. So it isn't the best spot for sunbathing, but this didn't bother us.

The reef retreat was a breath of fresh air. It feels like you're sleeping in the forest. We loved looking out on all the beautiful trees, and it was really tranquil.

Nothing was a fantastic simple stay

Superb location quiet peaceful 50m from beach great value our room 25 overlooked the pool with outdoors kitchen and screened eating, had a spa was delightful
