To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe buffet downstairs is over priced, especially for what you get. The lack of security with the lifts is concerning, people can easily walk in off the street at night and get to any floor. The bed had a very uncomfortably soft mattress topper that couldn't be removed. A microwave in the room would be useful for longer stays.
Access to the different facilities was great. The desk is staffed 24 hours and location is perfect for access to trams and restaurants. Very comfortable hotel, is a lot bigger than it looks. The room was an excellent size with lots of floor space. Pool and sauna were a pleasant bonus.
