Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

For the price (even at discounted rate), too expensive. Minimal toiletries, no conditioner. No wine glasses!!! USB port broken. Old bathroom.

Shower kept going cold every couple of minutes. Carpet in front of the fridge was wet and kept wetting my sock. Room had kitchenette, oven and stove top but didn't have any utensils or items to use with it.

The rooms were much smaller than expected. The stairs along the corridors made it difficult to wheel our luggages around. The 1st speed bump at the entrance of the hotel was very high and kept scrapping the bottom of my car.
The location of the hotel was very convenient, with it being only a 5 minute walk away from the mall. The counter staff was very friendly and helped us with finding airport shuttle companies.

Bed was lumpy, but bedding was very clean and in good condition.
Location is excellent. Off street car parking is free, which is a bonus as most other hotels in the area charge for parking.

As said before, more attention to cleaning would be preferred. Dusty and the bathroom floor looked like it could have been better cleaned. Pillows were too hard. We've stayed in other rooms, and there was a soft and firm pillow, which was great. Would have been nice to have that in this room. Just all constructive criticism. Will be coming back to stay again.
We have stayed at this hotel many times and are always happy with our room. Rooms have always been comfortable and have everything we need. Love how it's close to the Glen and plenty of places to go and eat.

The only thing I would like to see would be EV charging on site.
This was a medium priced alternative to the apartments and large hotels in the area. I was only staying for one night, so all was fine. Excellent parking facillities.

The hot water ran out one night. I stayed for a week and was disappointed not to have a refresh of various things mid-week. I was most disconcerted to be woken up late one night by a clown who decided I had ordered a massage service (which I had not).

A king bed just means there is less room to walk around it. A bit more noise of a night when your room is next to the lift.
Loads of parking and a huge shopping centre nearby. Ideal location for where I needed to be. Staff always very friendly.

I couldn't get the air conditioner to blow warm air unfortunately, it made for an early night. The remote controls for the air-con are not as easy to decipher as they could be.
I was upgraded to a King room for the first time, the shower was excellent and a slightly larger TV it seemed. Plenty of parking and nearby places to eat.

It's a bit scary staying here alone but I survived so yey!
Close to my uni so conveniently located and lots of nice places to eat nearby. I recommend the black Toro.

The door rattled in the wind. The beds are super slim. Would have liked some cutlery, and complimentary water (the bathroom sink is the only tap!)
The room was adequate size and the location was perfect. The room was a nice temperature.
