Although apartment was large and comfortable with great views, it was quite dated. The walls in main bedroom seemed water damaged with the paint bubbling and peeling with patch jobs noted. Also fan was quite loud.

Great location! Easy walk to restaurants and the kids loved easy access to the skate park and lagoon. It was also quiet and beautiful views. Checkin was easy. We were a late checkin, so received lockbox code with easy instructions to our apartment. Also it was great it had full washing machine+dryer.

Manager can be a bit abrupt althoigh helpful.

The view is excellent looking out to the islands. The large lounge, kitchen and bathroom were also very good. The place has a nice feel with wonderful sunrises in the morning. It is located just behind and above the towns best lookout so its hard to beat in Yappoon as a place to stay.

Not really "didn't like" as such, as nothing can be done about it, however not much extra/guest parking onsite and the steep driveway was hard for us to get up in our car up initially (that being said, it is low and an extra long vehicle, others were perfectly fine driving in and out).

Our 3 bedroom villa was perfect for our family, beautiful views with clean and comfortable beds. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed, including extra pillows and blankets. Kids absolutely loved staying there and the pool was a great bonus for us too. Remote garage with plenty of room. Air Con in all rooms as well as fans, beautiful ocean breeze too. Walk/scoot straight down the hill to the beach/shop fronts. Staff were wonderful and very helpful.

Only negative was steep hill when walking back but not the fault of the accommodation, the whole area is quite hilly.

Only had one lock on the main door as it was only me and my daughter I felt one lock wasn’t enough. Also couldn’t work the main tv for channels. So wasn’t able to put the tv on had to only use the bedroom one.

Given that we booked for a week, it would have been helpful to have a few more kitchen supplies such as salt and pepper (they were empty), paper towels, glad wrap or more than one rubbish bag and while there was shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms, there wasn't any body wash which I found unusual.

Large spacious apartment with great views up and down the coast. Very large roof top verandah where we had a prime view of the paragliders leaping from the cliff in front of us. Aircons worked well and bed was reasonably comfortable. Location was great close to main street, shops and restaurants, but it was at the top of the hill so expect a steep walk. Reasonably quiet complex given that it was NY.
