AustraliaOur son uses a manual wheelchair and while the ramps and elevators were good there is a step going into the property that you can’t wheel over, we had to have two people lift him up and down.
Very clean and well appointed, excellent location and amenities. I would definitely recommend!

AustraliaAs a writer, I truly appreciated the peace and quiet of White Shell Apartment — it was the perfect place to relax and create. The moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The apartment is beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. The large balcony with open doors really expanded the living space and let in the fresh coastal breeze. I loved starting my mornings with a walk along the nearby beach, followed by a delicious coffee and breakfast at The Messy Hen. The big dining table was ideal for both entertaining friends and spreading out my work. A wonderful stay — I’d return in heart beat!

AustraliaThe work desk for laptop did not provide a power point to charge laptop - the power point that was there was taken up by modem - a double adapter would have been great as i had to charge at the kitchen bench and most part worked on my laptop at the kitchen bench while plugged into power. on arrival no one at office between the check in times and the numbers on the office window rang out. Luckly the cleaning lady came around the corner and she rang staff to get me sorted. Worked out the staff member was in the basement with no internet coverage so wasn't aware i was there. Maybe add to signage that if no answer the staff member could be in the basement but not sure how that would assist me anyway as at the point i did not know where the basement was.

The lady at the reception was lovely and helpful. The apartment was spotless and kitchen was very well equipped. Spacious apartment, loved the balcony and the open space. Beach is just behind the building, nice walks. Would definitely go back again.
