The cockatoos were magnificent if not a bit of nuisance sometimes.

Very spacious and airy and very well equipped! The balcony was a great space with an incredible view of catseye beach.

The bedside lights were hard to turn when lying down. Too high. Kitchen wasn't equipped with enough cooking utensils...pots etc. Mattress could have used a protector on it to provide comfort & cleanliness .

Apartment was adjacent to cleaning and storage., noisy early in the morning. It also needed a bit more attention .bathroom tiles quite mouldy..ceiling fan remote wouldn't turn fan off assuming flat battery. Battery in main tv remote was low. Second bed waS not made up as requested. Sofa bed mattress could do with replacing.

- Gas cooktop took a long time to eat up and cook meat - quality of resturants around, for the price you pay you would expect it to be 10/10

When we stay in an apartment we expect basic salt, pepper, cooking oils, sprays and foil, glad wrap etc to be on hand, there was not even milk for a cuppa when we arrived.

It was a shame there was no washing machine or dishwasher in the apartment, especially for a longer stay. And what was odd is there was a supply of laundry detergent but no dishwashing detergent and it is expected that you wash your dishes before leaving! If I was to come back and stay another week I’d probably book somewhere else that had those facilities, sadly, but otherwise I really liked everything else!

Great location with easy access to the beach, choice of swimming pools, and a short walk or shuttle to the supermarket and restaurants.

The Donna in the room had a horrible stain needed to be thrown. One towel per person for 6 days not sufficient. Room needed a good deep clean. Tissues should be supplied.

The view was spectacular , shuttles , weather, ferries .

A few things didnt work but we coped - bed reading light, bedroom remote, stove igniter, can opener.

Location and facilities were excellent. Amazing view. Massive bed. Plenty of crockery, cooking equipment etc. Great beach towels. Customer service messaging was outstanding. We were able to have a late checkout as we had a later flight which was very much appreciated.

Floor needed sweeping in bedroom on arrival as sandy. Walls were a little dirty and would be easily cleaned. The cleaning storeroom is outside the apartment and the staff are very noisy and start early so wake you up with talking and banging.

Apartment was well appointed and nicely furnished and had all we needed.to cook if we wanted. Had a bbq and great patio furniture.The local bus runs every 15 minutes to marina. Another bus takes you all over island. Close to the beach. Great hiking trails.

It’s not good value for money. Charging $2000 and having to remove the rubbish yourself, do the dishes, only get one towel and not even simple cooking basics like salt/pepper, oil. The mould smell as soon as you open the cupboard doors is overwhelming. Furniture is old, rusty and grubby and surfaces were all sticky and dirty. You will also get a lot of messages doubling up and constantly reminding you to take the rubbish out. Ruins the holiday feel.

Great view from the balcony. Place was spacious and well equipped. Wallabies and cockatoos were a nice bonus and the island is beautiful in general.

No information about laundry/how to get fresh towels etc. Furniture a bit dated. There was building work being done, drilling for new glass balcony - no pre warning - it was very loud. Would have been nice to know.

One of the pillows didn’t have a pillowcase and none were provided for the sofa bed. Some of the lights around the apartment didn’t work.

The location was phenomenal and there was plenty of space. Really appreciated how much wardrobe space there was! We were really grateful that the TV had Netflix/stan/ Disney+ etc on it. Communication was fantastic with the host as well.
