Because of solar heating of hot water If you wait too long to take a shower there is no hot water left. Shower before 4:00 pm or you are out of luck.

The breakfast was fantastic - what a treat to have served breakfast on a balcony overlooking the water. Walking distance to a few bars and the beach, and not too far from downtown. Clean, comfortable room and a nice spot to watch the Carnaval!

location not so convinient. deffinitely need a car or taxi... , also amazing view of the water from the room but not a beach you'd enjoy to swim, water is very very shallow and like mud... so good only for laying there but not for swimming.

Well there is no elevator and makes it hard to get to second floor with suitcases. We managed but got our workout.

Beautiful view. Great breakfast, staff was amazing. The beach in front of property was quiet and peaceful. Great places to eat within walking distant. The restaurant on the peer was also amazing.

I liked everything, and if there was anything that I didn’t like, I didn’t notice because of how great the staff was with me and my mom, especially with her traveling one day on her own handicap they took such great care of her. I could not be more grateful.

There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property. It sat right by a beach, a beautiful restaurant on the water breakfast every morning on the balcony. The water was nice and warm, and the bed slept comfortably close enough and walking distance to restaurants shopping and beautiful sites.

There was nothing that bothered us during our 6 days and 5 nights stay. Maybe one thing ---- we should have booked our stay for a longer time. 10 to 14 days would have been a lot nicer.

This is the most amazing little hotel on the Aruba island. The room was invitingly decorated, had a great bathroom, a small kitchen area with a large refrigerator, silverware, dishes and glasses. A big closet with hangers to hold everything we had packed and a wall safe to hold our money, passports and jewelry. The bed was queen size comfortable. The very crown of the room was the balcony with a breathless view of the ocean and the most memorable sunsets. We were pampered with a different breakfast every morning, served on the balcony any time we chose between 6:30 to 10:00 AM. All the office gals were sweet and accommodating and spoiled my husband with a surprise birthday cake at arrival. We'll be back next year!!!

That I had to leave. This place had no complaints from me. But if you like the environment of all-inclusive, this is not for you.

This place is a gem. Away from the hustle and bustle of the high rises. Peaceful. The breakfast was amazing daily.

What we liked is that the city, superfood and Palm Beach were accessible within 20 minutes. The hotel was also next to the beach and several restaurants. The bed mattress was also good.

Great atmosphere, for quiet and secluded feel. Right off the beach. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Top tier cleanliness. The staff were helpful with whatever you needed.

I wish there was a pool on the property to relax at. There is plenty of space on the grounds to add one. I also wish there was a discount to go to Pinchos Restaurant that is immediately behind the hotel.

The breakfast on the balcony every day was exceptional! It was delicious and combined with the view of the ocean was spectacular. The staff obliged our request to service our apartment every other day.

Access to the beach was a little trickier first thing in the morning as the gate was closed and locked, however, you could access it from taking the lane to the side of the property

Surfside Marina is a wonderful place to stay. The sea is just a couple of meters away, great view, genuinely nice staff, good breakfast, a lot of privacy and within walking distance of the city center. Highly recommended!

Bathrooms a bit outdated, very low shower pressure. Perhaps some variety in the breakfast options, cleaning wasn’t everyday, no bar soap.

This property was amazing. The staff and location! It was my birthday and they made it extra special with champagne an dessert the day of. You get the Airbnb boutique feeling with hotel amenities. The view is awesome as well!
