Clean rooms, friendly and kind staff, value for money room pricing, tour service, laundry service. It has 3 supermarkets adjacent, Caspian Sea view, walking distance from giant ferris wheel, Hyder Ali center and mall, it is very close to Caspian Sea and the promenade is walking distance. It also has bus stop outside its gate, buses 5,6,125,205 come every 5 mins from Baku train and metro station. 2 restaurant Kareem and Mayank are in the vicinity to try some local cuisine.Manager and people at reception are very good and speak English, Russian and Azerbaijan.also staff in dinning area are polite and helpful.

United Arab EmiratesThe wifi password for each of the floors were different. There was no visible wifi password for the restaurant for me to use and the staff did not know it as well. Breakfast - there was not much option apart from eggs and no tea for people who don't drink coffee. The cost of the breakfast is not on par with the food.
The hotel was overall clean. The staff were truly amazing and welcoming. The room was comfortable and cozy, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

I would like to say that the hotel was very beautiful and had a good location. The sea view, attractions, and places are nearby, and especially the hotel manager and staff were very cooperative. I really enjoyed my stay there. The breakfast was also delicious.
