The staff have been very kind and helpful. The hotel is on a great location, my room was very clean, comfortable and quiet, which you need for a work trip. The staff helped me book a car to the airport as my flight was very early. All in all, a great stay and I would definitely come back.

Our room had not been vacuumed prior to our arrival. There was crumbled cookie or cracker on the carpet. We brought it to the attention of the front desk attendant but it was not cleaned up. Also, our room was not cleaned between nights 1 and 2. We found a clean/no clean card prior to night 2 but had not been told to look for it beforehand.

Convenient to Old Town. The breakfast buffet was good. The coffee from the machine was OK but not great. The room was very quiet. The bathroom was very spacious & had good water pressure.

The room was a little warm and the AC didn’t work. The bed was stiff.

The breakfast was great! The hotel set up a taxi for me and let me check in super late (past midnight). They were very conveniently located as well.

We stayed at this centrally located hotel for two nights. It’s the perfect place if you want to explore the city of Sarajevo. Our room was comfortable and had a modern bathroom as well as a small terrace, which was a nice touch. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

As mentioned earlier, area close to the hotel is not the best one, but after all had an enjoyable stay.

At first area didn't look too good, old houses in desperate need of renovation. Hotel itself after all was very good. Good breakfast, big room, close to bazar area.
