Not a major criticism, the fittings are dated. This doesn’t detract from the experience.

The place is a bit outdated but you essentially get what you pay for.

The property was well maintained, staff were friendly and accomodating, pool was always the right temperature. It is also located a few minutes from supermarets, fastfood restaurants, Sheraton mall, beaches etc. I would definitely return on my next trip to Barbados.

The rooms need updating a little, some of the stoves do not work. I didn't like the chattel windows, they do not close properly and the safe deposit box is difficult to use. The bathroom needed an update also.

Plum tree is exactly like the photos, but some bits need some paint, needs updating a little. The staff are wonderful and really helpful.

There really isn't anything not to like.

We really loved everything about the property, from the greeting when we got there, to the scenery and the atmosphere, it was a very welcoming experience, definitely a home away from home type of apartment, everything you need is there and housekeeping was great, we really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be booking again.

What I didn't like was that the room looked clean but the floor was not moped. This is when we checked in but other than that it was lovely.

Can't expect anyone to have control over the insects. Once reported, it was dealt with swiftly.

Great location. Easy to walk around the grounds for a pleasurable walk. Loved sighting the long-tailed monkeys. Staff were lovely - helpful, friendly and courteous. Staff were great, especially Pierre and the lady on reception - always attentive to our needs and would follow up enquiries swiftly. Nothing was too much trouble.

The kitchen needs a scissors, and the knives could be sharpened; currently they wouldn't cut butter lol. I would also recommend that you add complimentary salt and pepper shakers and perhaps some sugar. Margate Gardens do this in most of their apartments.

Absolutely loved staying here. Pierre and Katrina couldn't have been more helpful! What a great place to stay! Had all the facilities we required. Great quiet little swimming pool. Could even do laundry! The bus to and from the beach was a great service. Lovely grounds to walk around.

There were only 7 sunbeds for about 40 apartments. However, surprisingly, even tho a lovely area, it wasn’t very used so we always got one. But we think more should be provided,as well as more umbrellas as v little shade. There were patio tables / chairs too.

Our 1 bed appt looked like the photos & was as described. Was dated but clean, spacious & functional. Felt v comfortable there. We were a few paces from pool which was a lovely area and over looking golf course. Nice little coveted patio with table & chairs. The walk to beach / supermarket was fine. Might be tricky if a bit infirm due to some road walking/ uneven pathways. We found it ok. Typical of the region. There was an efficient & friendly shuttle service twice daily to/from beach although we mainly walked. Had we have had a longer stay we would have booked Clyde the driver for some trips out. Would recommend if you are looking for homely not fancy accommodation, at good value. The RC cafe on the golf course was reasonably priced for decent food , friendly & casual.

Bathroom was a little tired looking ,in need of a refresh.

Beds ,towels and apartment cleaned every other day . Tea,coffee and sugar waiting in room for us to make a hot drink. Air-con in the bedroom. Fab balcony area overlooking golf ⛳️ course, shame ours didn't have a rail to put our beach wear to dry . Shuttle bus down to the beach at 10am and 1.15 and bus back from beach at 1pm and 5pm .

The bathroom and toilet do need attention. New fittings and fixtures are necessary and would upgrade the apartment a lot.

The location was lovely - cool, and safe with easy parking right outside our door. Very large, comfortable bed and extra blankets and pillow etc provided for the sofa-bed. Maid service was dependable and very efficient, sweet and polite staff, not at all obtrusive.
