Everything was great!

Great hotel in the middle of the market square in Kortrijk. Walked from train, to restaurants, to shops and cafes . Staff was wonderful!

Unfortunately the whole purpose of staying at a hotel is to have a good night's sleep and it was shocking when we were woken up at 6 AM on Sunday morning by a 45-minute long ROAR that I thought for sure was a car or motorcycle revving their engine, until I reluctantly got up to look outside and it was actually someone using a leaf blower. I unfortunately will not stay at this hotel in the future because of this and will choose somewhere else.

Personnel seemed a bit short staffed, sometimes there was nobody at the reception or bar. Personnel did their best never the less.

Great location in the city center. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. We had dinner in the brasserie, which was very good. Hotel provided parking (against a fee)

Only one small issue with the bed having two mattresses instead of one for the big bed. We had to keep pushing them back to place in the morning.

The stuff were really friendly and helpful. The room and the hotel were clean and comfortable. Comfortable bed and sheets. The included breakfast was pretty good, there were stuff present doing refills.

My room was clean and beautiful. As I arrived way early than checking in time, I wanted to leave my suitcase at reception, but instead the reception let me check in and have the beautiful room from early morning. Really appreciated the hotel’s flexibility.

I didn’t like that the hotel cancelled the part of my staying without informing me before the travel. I was getting upset to know that I can stay only for three nights instead of five I’ve booked previously. Reception staff explained that it was a decision of owner to close the hotel for one day. I was forced to move to another hotel with a higher price. Also the night before my leaving the hotel closed doors. When I came at 21.00 pm I hardly ever can entered to hotel and my room. Nobody warns me in the morning that hotel will be closed at evening and only way to enter the hotel ask cafe staff to help with that. The third thing I didn’t like is a sink. Drain doesn’t work all days of my staying although cleaning and reception staff was aware about problem. The water doesn’t flow from the sink to the pipe and it was complicated to fresh face.

I like accommodation. The hotel situated in the heart of Kortrejk, at the city center. It is calm and peaceful place and so comfortable for sleep. No any annoying sounds from outside. Also I like the style of hotel. It’s so unique, old style, beautiful hall and dining room. Breakfast was really nice: it was asked every day about how to cook eggs especially for you. I like also the staff, kind and warm hearted.

Small amount of sockets near the bed. Only this can be inconvenient. Or it’s possible that I just didn’t find them:) cause it wasn’t important for me. But of course it’s possible to charge all you have. Around the room there were a lot of sockets.

I adore this place in total. All was on the highest level. Totally satisfied with all facilities, breakfast, location. A bit more: breakfast includes a big variety of all you need in the morning; location is in the heart of old city; room-ohh, it was superb. Soft bed, big bathroom, hot floor, beautiful interior

There was nowhere to put your clothes only a few hangers in a small wardrobe. No shelves or drawers so we had to keep most of our stuff in our suitcases. Not a problem for a couple of nights but would not be unsuitable for a longer stay. We asked for an upgrade when we arrived and were told that the hotel was full which was untrue! Tea/coffee facilities in the room would have been nice.

Lovely breakfast with fresh fruit, pastries etc and the option of eggs done whatever way you like them. We loved the Spreeza Cocktail Bar for a drink at the end of the day. Our bed was super comfortable and lovely and big.
