All the staff are very friendly and they even allowed us to have breakfast an hour earlier because we have an event to attend. The hotel is very cozy and I love the koi pond! It was quite loud at night time (doors slamming from guests, A/C made strange noises) and the door didn’t block the light from the hallway enough, which was disturbing.

Could have done with a coffee machine and the lights were so dark and no drawer space. Strange the sink and bathroom were either side of the room so weird layout there. The pool was lovely too but could do with complimentary robes in the bedroom too. Take your own robe ans flip flips if you're gonna use the pool. Sadly we just found it quite expensive for what it was.

Loved the pool, the room and the bed was comfortable. The staff were super nice and helpful.

Most of the rooms in the hotel are nice and modernised. Some require attention, in particular my most recent trip had a bizarrely placed shower that made it very difficult to wash. Beds are not the comfiest either.

Stayed here a few times, conveniently located and has parking. Staff are friendly, bar is smart and some of the rooms are lovely.

Hi we requested ground floor as we had an adult with limited mobility but were put on the second floor we would of payed more to be on the ground if needed.

breakfast was good and staff friendly the outside terrace was a nice touch along with the swimming pool overall a good stay and we would go back.

The cleaners were very very loud in the morning and woke us up several times even though we had the ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door.

The room was lovely. The shower was amazing! The staff were great especially the bartender!

We decided to have drinks in the hotel bar on the night of the arrival and the waiter in the bar was extremely rude! We asked for single beds, but the beds were made as doubles. They said they'd separate them the next day. They separated the beds in two rooms, but not in the third, at which point we just let it go as we stayed for two nights only.

The hotel is in a nice location, the beds were comfy, and the breakfast was very good. The swimming pool was nice and not overcrowded. The lady at the reception during the checkout was very competent, as well as the staff during breakfast.

Loved everything. Felt the bar lacked a vibe and the bar tender was a bit creepy however not sure if this is because we were the only two in the bar.

It would have been nice to have more than two pillows total. We typically like to have two pillows each when we sleep. Otherwise, no complaints at all.

For the price, I was very pleasantly surprised at the nice location and how nice the rooms were. The shower had amazing water pressure and the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located very close to a lot of places to go see and is close to the bus stop from the train station. Additionally, I was traveling with friends and they managed to give us two rooms right next to each other that shared a patio space which was very nice.

The room was small and could have been cleaner. When we arrived there were crumbs on the floor and the sheets were not spotless, as if the room was not cleaned well, even though there was a smell of it being cleaned with chlorine. There were multiple lock of hair the pool and there were linen and other stuff in the hallway throughout our stay. The road to the parking lot is very bad, strange for a four star hotel.

Nice and comfortable hotel, good breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Location is great if you want to be close to the center but not in the middle of it. We found our stay a bit on the expensive side and expected more of it.
