The beds were horrible, those were wire mesh beds with a mattress on top. Too soft for adults. However the youngest kids slept great. No mosquito nets.

Renovated kitchen and bathroom. Beautiful views. Playgrounds all around. Big apartment.

Interior doest not match the exterior. Outside it looks like a castle, but inside it lacks atmosphere.

1. No airco's in the rooms. I didn't check it beforehand thinking it's kinda standard in 2023. 2. The beds were too soft (our subjective opinion). 3. The beds are single, so if u r w the partner, take it into account - the beds roll aside easily. We felt like in a scout camp, which is nostalgic fine but slightly inconvenient. 4. Ham and omelette were present during week-end only. It's ok for me, I don't mind food disappearance, we were guessing what's had happened and were slightly worried what would happen after the high season is over. 5. We were asked to pay in advance for both our rooms and I apparently had a limit on my CC. I asked the reception guy to give us 15min break in our rooms to take a breath after we were 4hours on the road w our kids, I would increase daily CC limit, get back and pay but we were not allowed to have the keys without full advance payment. Which we did in exactly 15 min but we had to stock all our luggage in the lobby and the whole thing was uncomfortably awkward which you definitely do not want while travelling with the kids. The reception guy also added that he could wait with the payment till 20:30. Not sure what he meant w that, but it sounded like passive-agressive remark, as Check-in had to be working till 22:00.

Good location, hotel park and surroundings, free parking, clean rooms, swimming pool, tennis. Short walking distance to the center of La Roche.

Had to be moved on arrival as top floor was too hot as no air conditioning, the manager in the food section was rude and unhelpful when order were wrong and late, had to get reception to come down as no manager, almost got physical

Reasonable location, 10min walk into La Roche. Expensive compared to other similar rated hotels we had stayed in on the same trip, but I guess this is due to the location. Good for a one/two night stop over. Not sure I would want to stay longer.

Language barrier very poor customer service when we had an issue with meal not interested in resolving poor attitude really .other staff were fine.

A bit stark.

Slightly out of the town. I think this hotel is the sort where school parties come to stay. Posh 70s youth hostel vibe. In the basement is a bar and terrace. Food in the restaurant was okay, but a bit basic. Guys who run the bar were pleasant though. Breakfast was good. It was okay but I’d look for somewhere in the town and a bit cosier.

The walls were thin. We were neighbors with a group of men, who fought, moved furniture and were otherwise noisy between 11pm and 1am. Our own kids were loud and awake at 6am, so I doubt they appreciated us either.

Excellent price. Very clean, lovely appartment. It was spacious with nice bathrooms. We particularly loved the kids play area. It was great for a range of kids ages.

Convinient appartement for a family. Great park with a football field, tennis courts and a minigolf. The city is beautiful, too. Several attractions in the vicinity, we enjoyed our stay in february despite the rainy weather.

Room is hot, no possible to adjust ventilation and no airconditioning.

Breakfast is good. Room is a bit outdated, but clean. Location and surroundings are excellent and beautiful.
