We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

TurkeyOur room was quite small, and it was a bit difficult to fit in with two large suitcases. Maybe I chose the wrong room type when booking, I'm not sure. However, it was manageable for our three-night stay.
The hotel is in a great location, very central and convenient. It is within walking distance of the train station and also close to the tram stop. The staff and reception team were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Whenever we needed anything, they were always there to assist us.

CyprusThermostat on radiator didn't work = room too hot, couldn't leave window open as pestered by midgets/mosquitos, no wooden floors as advertised but lino of some sort and floors "squeaky". But all in all very happy with the hotel at the price charged.
Staff friendly and helpful, room very clean and quiet, breakfast plentiful and good quality, location in the middle of town within walking distance of beach, shops and restaurants, powerful shower with any amount of hot water.

United KingdomClearer Instructions for car parking. It’s in Citi Bee, accessed via the LHS of the road. See photo. Most bays on lower floors are taken for private parking. The hotel sends a link for the booking after you’ve given arrival and departure times plus reg. The cost of anticipated hours is added to your bill. No ticket required - auto numberplate recognition in and out. Only 2 mins walk to hotel. Noise outside from street, into early hours. It’s a busy area. Creaking from walking about in room upstairs.
