Could not find many things to complain about.

We have travelled a lot and we loved everything about this hotel and it was in a fantastic location. The rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. The other common rooms in the hotel were beautiful and luxurious and appear as a five star hotel. One of the nicer hotels we have stayed at. Highly recommended!!

The car park entry to car lift.

A beautiful centre city hotel. Recently refurbished to to a very high level. The bar is an oasis of peace. Underground car parking on site. Not cheap but worth a stay if in Bruges.

There was a misunderstanding on something we re-arranged to be in the room as we celebrated a birthday during the stay, but it was sorted out with a small compensation of a drink at the hotel's bar. Beside of that - all was amazing.

The hotel is amazing. Location is perfect, 1 min from city hall and the Basilica of the Holy Blood and another minute from the big market square. The staff were friendly and approachable for anything we need. Due to availability we could leave the car in the parking untill 15:00, and when we ask for a close by parking to move our car for the last few hours of our stay, they offered just to keep it in the hotel parking with no extra charge. The room was beautiful, not too big but not too small and perfect for a couple joining a 2 days of city side. I wish I had time to use other facilities at the hotel such the sauna and the fitness, but we were short on time.

As someone who likes a mug of tea rather than a small coffee, I would have liked larger tea cups in the room and at breakfast,

We were delighted with our choice of hotel which is in a great position only a few minutes walk from the centre. The hotel decor is lovely and we were thrilled with our very large (comfort double) room, huge bed, coffee maker and kettle, fridge, excellent bathroom with large bath and shower. Great choices at the buffet breakfast in the beautifully appointed dining room. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Rooms were relatively functional compared to how lavish the building was. TV should be smart enabled nowadays so that Netflix etc.. can be accessed.

WiFi in the room was poor, you had to sit in certain locations to get reception.

The hotel was quiet and luxurious but right in the middle of town. Our room was extremely comfortable and there were four separate lounges which gave us space even when there were lots of people also enjoying them.

Nothing, just superb

This is our second stay at the Casselbergh, we stayed in the new wing, our room over looked the canal. Breakfast was superb everything you need, to start your day, plus tea and coffee served to you, which is a nice touch. The staff are fantastic, from the reception, bar to cleaning staff all polite, and helpful. Just walk straight out the doors, turn left to the main square then on to the shops, restaurants.

If I had to be really picky I would say more of a selection of coffees for the coffee machine.

The hotel is so beautiful and breath taking. Excellent location plenty tonsee and do Customer service was good. Room comfy and quiet and a good size. Did not eat dinner at the hotel but did have breakfast which was also excellent, wide selection of food on offer. Highly recommend staying at this hotel. Car elevator to the car park was interesting. Will definetly be staying again
