The hotel is centrally located, so it's easy to walk to places. The hotel is a literal stone's throw from the train station, and the area can feel the slightest bit sketchy at night.

The front-desk staff was very helpful. In particular, Sarah (I believe that's her name) was delightful. The housekeeping staff was responsive. The location is great, for the most part. Great value: I made the reservation at the last possible minute, and I was pleasantly surprised by the rate.

central position, walking distance from Grand Place and next to central station, beautiful entrance I had a beautiful large room with a view but my kids complained about their room.

One room had no soap, and when asked for a replacement was given hand lotion. Another room requested additional craver, but nothing arrived.

On arrival we were informed that they they didn’t have a booking in our name, despite showing them 2 confirmation email and a booking reference it took in the region of thirty minutes to sort out, on departure we were asked for payment for breakfast which was clearly on the booking as included we were not charged but felt there booking system was far from efficient. Some areas felt cramped although not appearing to be too busy the seating in the bar area was full and the outer area although screened wasn’t a comfort area to sit and relax. Tables weren’t being emptied and cleaned, we were shown to the executive lounge while our booking was being processed the tables there were littered with glasses, cups and plates.

Location was excellent for the Grand Place, Christmas markets and restaurants.

It has the best location you can ask for just in the centre of grand place and to add just infront of the central station. The stuff especially Sarah in the reception area which was very helpful to us

Can't beat the location. Very central and amazing to be just outside of the central train station. The included breakfast is always good and the staff is always friendly. Rooms are spacious and beds are extra comfy!

It’s a big hotel right across the Brussels main train station, very convenient location. It’s close to the many landmarks. I had a very comfortable stay. Thanks to the polite staff.

There are a lot of small issues that can be improved. Only giving one small bottle of water on the entrance day and need to pay for water bottle if you want!!!! In a city where many of the guests are bussines travelers the Hilton do not have a bussines center!!!! To print one page… was a big issue… Very difficult when we requested for a small late check out (only one hour) we needed to insist a lot, the excuse is that the “hotel is fully booked “ but on booking there were plenty of rooms available for the supposed “fully booked”… These issues made our life difficult. The rest, the hotel is very well located. Breakfast very good.
