A spacious and comfortable room. The bathroom was great with a separate shower. The towels were changed each day and the room and bathroom were very clean. The young lady on reception called Jeanie was really lovely and kind and very welcoming.

The staff was very nice and friendly, the room was spacious, had two beds, and was very clean and cozy. The air conditioning is very good and you don’t have to wait to use warm water in the bathroom. There is a free WiFi, a TV and a refrigerator. very close to the train station and the supermarket. It‘s an amazing choice that you can’t believe at this price. It would be definitely the best hotel in Shumen.

I needed to stay for couple of hours between 11-17.00 p.m. and they let me do that, I managed to sleep and to rest. They are flexible and give the opportunity to the guests to have what they want

The double bedrooms are only equipped with 2 single beds but i understand that the hotel is small and this allows to cater for wider range of customers

Air conditioners should be maintained. Filters must be changed or be cleaned etc...when i started to use them they are throwing black particles.

Hotel is too near to my work Office and big hiper markets and City Center so i love these and also very clean rooms.

The rooms needed some better cleaning before checkin (found dust in the closet, on the radiators) The beds were lightweight and moved easily as I tried to join them

The rooms were renovated and looked new, the bathroom had a good size and the location was close to our points of interest.

There's no breakfast available, but nearby hotel you can find many restaurants and cafes. Hotel staff was very helpful. The location is good but be aware that during weekends there's loud music from nearby club.

Excellent location in central Shumen. Spacious, comfortable room with a useful desk to work at. Clean and tidy. Powerful shower. Seemed very good value for what it was. Lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Parking available right outside.

Well WiFi didn't work properly, so if you want good Wi-Fi go to OMV pump station which is nearby.

Well it's 20min from bus station and 25min from train station depends on luggage(KG). Near hotel is Bila big supermarket, coffee shops, fast food, Coffee machines plenty and cheap. Clean room, clean wc,refrigerator.

Check in was a bit later then on the website - and my room was across a bar but it closed at a reasonable hour (it was on Monday so YMMV)

Good location, great rooms, very pleasant stay - really impressed with the value for money and basically three star chain hotel quality for a fraction of the price.
