Room was expensive by Bulgarian standards for what was provided. No coffee provided in room.

The location is quite remote, this means it is quiet but is 20 minutes by car from Varna centre. If you want quiet it works very well, the beach is mostly unpopulated and there is no Nightclub noise. The nearest shop is 2.5 Km away, so own vehicle is recommended. Great rooftop view.

The location is just perfect. In front of the beach, you listen to the waves at night. The rooftop terrace is also super nice, with lovely panoramic views, a jacuzzi, sunbeds and coffee tables. The breakfast is fresh and with a good variety of options. Beach towels! The reception staff was very helpful and professional.

The private beach of the hotel was not in front of it, and was not exactly on the beach, you have to climb few stairs, and it is very hot there because the sea breeze can't reach

No water to wash the sand from feets before going in the hotel.

The location we like it, very close to the beach. There are three jacuzzi, one on the top of the hotel, two at the bottom. Beach is quiet, two restaurants on the beach with good food. The hotel has a privat beach also on 300-400m away from hotel, with beach beds.

the area is away from Varna, I recommend it for drivers, otherwise taxi is the option. In general, it is very quiet, there are not many places for evening walks and eating.

we stayed for two weeks, the hotel is very clean, the reception staff are very nice and helpful in everything, the breakfast service is also wonderful. comfortable rooms, cleaned every day, towels and bed linen changed very often, bathrobes included in the hotel price. the breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. a beautiful view of the sea from the hotel, and what I liked most was the charming terrace with a jacuzzi on the roof. it was wonderful, everything was very professional. Nearest shop is 2 miles away and some of the nearby restaurants don't take cards, but that's not the hotels fault, just be prepared!

There were no sunbeds/umbrellas on the beach and there was no shop to buy them either. If we knew, we would have brought our own. Still, it was not a big deal as the hotel staff offered us an umbrella.

The view from the balcony was amazing! The location is perfect, literally a few steps from the beach. No shops are around, but the restaurants have great food and very affordable prices. The staff were kind and helpful.

Really nice hotel, great roof top, very clean, perfect location, the beach is beautiful and wild. The sea water is also perfect. If you wish to explore the underwater there are some rocks with beautiful flora and fauna. On the sandy beach there are few charming fish restaurants.

The parking test your abilities as a driver, and the rod to reach the hotel is bad.

Great location, quiet and close to the beach. The room was spacious and the apartment had two completely separate rooms (bedroom and living room) and not just a walk-through room.

The refrigerator is rusty. Safe lock box has some issues, it opened after several tries. Part of the balcony is wet because of the air conditioning system.

The staff is great. The room was big, clean, comfortable. The beach is one minute from the hotel in front of it. Everybody enjoyed the pancakes for breakfast. The balcony has a good view over the sea and garden.

The shower on the beach not working, The thibg that is not any lifeguards, not a limit for swiming so it is a all on you responsability ...No market there or shop for buying stuff .The 3 restaurants could do better. The menus are very short...I can speak only for 2 because the third one we did not visit. The location and the beach has good potential but maybe it it was more comercial it will be too crowded and loose the beauty

The location is fantastic, on the beach. The beach also very clean, not crowded but dont expect facilities because there are not to many options. Only 3 restaurants and not sunbeds to hire or umbrellas or toilets...the beach shower not working always but for us it was not so disturbing.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel - such a gem in a quite area with green hills and a beautiful beach! The combination of affordable price, proximity to the beach, the sea-view & room-comfort for me is unbeatable. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable bed, good internet and a balcony with amazing view of the sea! There were robes, slippes and extra towels for the beach. The jacuzzi on the top terrace was an absolute treat! The hotel has a private sun-bathing area with free sun beds & umbrellas, they also offered umbrellas for the beach. I loved the beach - fine sand, clean water, surrounded by green hills, natural shadow from the trees in the afternoon, quiet (no loud, annoying music or motor boats, just the waves & birds chirping :)). It wasn't overcrowded, seemed like it's mostly visited by loclals. There was no ATM arround, which wasn't an issue because the hotel and the restaurants around accepted card payments. Big thank you to the staff who were were super nice and helpfull!

Nice quite area. All that Gold Sands Beach is not. Secluded beach, some nice restaurants. Hotelroons are large and clean. Beautiful view overlooking beach and Black Sea. Open the terrasdoor and enjoy the never-ending sound of the waves.

The rooftop bar area has a pretty bad smell but the view is amazing and the jacuzzi was perfect!

The hotel is right on the beach and has an amazing view of the Black Sea. Breakfast was also great with lots of selection. For the price, this hotel is perfect.
