- The shower!!! It was a pain. Water would leak from corners, and the drain barely worked. - There were no menus in English at the hotel restaurant, and the waiters did not speak English. The owner was very friendly and helpful, but without a menu, it was difficult for us to order within budget. - The prices at the restaurant were on the expensive side, and the portions were rather small. - The internet was terrible. We had better internet on our phones. - We badly wished we had some lounge chairs. We found seating was quite uncomfortable.

The staff was lovely, very helpful. Most spoke English. The space is pet friendly and very thoughtful. The bed was just right for us. The vegetation (and restaurant) around the hotel is fabulous. Having a lemonade in the shade is the thing I enjoyed most. The rooms are spacious The whole place (rooms, lobby, outside, restaurant) is very well designed, spaced, and decorated. Simply looking around was very pleasant. There is air conditioning in the room, and all rooms have access to spacious terraces, shaded by fig trees. The mosquito nets were useful. The toiletries were good quality There is a drying rack on the terace. Very useful. The mini-fridge was well stocked, and the prices were not overwhelming. If you decide you want to have mineral water late at night, you can just enjoy it. The place was clean. It wasn't spotless (some dust bunnies under the bed and some spider webs in the corners of the room), but it was pretty close. The food at the hotel restaurant was fresh. Good quality ingredients.

The studio we had was a bit small for 4 people. We got additional folding bed for our second child, but this limited the space even more. Breakfast is not included in the price and it's rather expensive in the restaurant. No kitchen facilities in the room, only mini fridge (which comes full of beverages for purchase) and a coffee machine (but you have to pay for the coffee capsules)

Cozy hotel on a quite street close to the center and to the beach. Nice garden. The studio had balcony with a place for sitting outside. Pets friendly, which was very important for us. The hotel has reserved parking spots on the street, which is very convenient for travelers with a car.

it was very pleasant stay as the hotel itself is absolutely charming. Rooms have good equipment, comfortable beds, nice bath and a refreshing garden view from the balcony. Basically you have everything you need. Last, but not least - hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The restaurant is expensive and the quality of the food is below average.

The rooms are clean and quite with all the possible amenities. The apartment has a a nice secluded garden. There was also a loaded minibar. The location is perfect as it is walking distance from the bars and the city center.

The studios may be considered a bit unsafe if you have a toddler, as we stayed in one with a very steep staircase leeding up to the “bedroom”, but we managed just fine. We would recommend that the hotel try and include some breakfast options and everything would be perfect!

A very nice hotel with beautiful design and comfortable rooms. The yard is also beautiful with a wonderful playground. There is a restaurant, although as I understand it is separate from the hotel, that offers nice food and wine. It is almost impossible to find something like that on the Bulgarian seaside nowadays. The staff were really nice and we will definitely come back for another long weekend next year.

Our apartment was really wonderful! The bedroom was upstairs and that gave it some extra romantic charm. Our private garden was quite spacious and really pretty with all the plants there. Also, we loved the proximity to the lovely beach Hacienda.

The restaurant was great, it would have been nice if breakfast was included for that price of the room.

The staff was really friendly, we has a great personalised welcome (a card and some sweets), which made us feel really special. The room was very nice, there were hairdresser and iron with an iron board provider and a coffee machine in the room. The hotel is quite small which was great :). I will definitely go back again!

Double room is ok for 2 people, for families with children is better to book a bigger room.

The hotel is located very close to a nice small beach and to the Center at the same time. We are very satisfied with the facilities, the double room is not so appropriate for family with children, but if you book a studio or bigger room there is everything you need for more people. We very liked the outside area, the restaurant and the friendly staff.

The internet. It was completely missing, the reception didn't reach our room.

We were given a sweet gift when we entered the hotel. In general, the people working in there are very nice. The room corresponds 100% to the pictures. The hotel is nicely decorated, the bed was very comfortable and the cleanliness was great. The sheets and towels were changed every day. We were very impressed by the fact that the prices in the mini bar were normal (something strange for a hotel). The location is also very good, it is in the city center. There is parking for guests. The hotel's restaurant is the best one in Lozenets. The breakfast is also very delicious.

Bathroom consumables like shampoo and shower gel were provided just once for the whole stay. The first day there was no toilet tissue in the room. Glasses were not clean. Wi-Fi was not good - when it worked it was OK, unfortunately they had problems with the rooter and most of the time there was no internet.

A very nice place, original interior, good location, great prices for the minibar. Ice machine in the lobby. Nice and friendly staff.
