Nothing about the hotel itself, but the area - we were staying late September, and all reastaurants in the area (apart from Hotel one) were closed already.

Hotel was clean and comortable, rooms spacious, all basic kitchen equipment included. Close to the beach and small shops. Hotel arranged good airport transfer. Nice pool area. Breakfast was ok, but nothing fancy, coffee was not good, but there is a coffee shop just around the corner.

It is not a dislike necessarily but rather suggestion - the pool while very clean and nice is in need of some tile work - replace the missing tile (not just patch the gaps)

The location was great - next to transportation, near stores, away from the noise of the bigger resort and just a very short walk to the beach. The staff was really helpful and always available. The property was constantly cleaned - they were even cleaning the glass on the outdoor showers :)

It's really strange for a 5-star hotel, the boiler in the rooms is local and we were waiting 20 minutes to heating, because there's not enough hot water for 4 people. The furniture is simple and not the same like the pictures.The breakfast is the same every day, only a few options for healthy breakfast

The apartment was with very nice terrace, and pool view. The staff is very kind and helpful. Nessebar is near to the hotel, 20 min, walking distance. Very nice food in the restaurant for a lunch.

Small stuff: outdated lifts and some disconnected curtain hooks

Large and stylish apartment. The location is very good - it’s a nice walk to Nessebar and all essentials are around including easy access to 2 waterparks (our goal was not drive anywhere ourselves). Kids loved both the pool and the beach.

Rooms was spacious very much apartment style. Very good for toddlers and the beach is not to far. T-market a few minutes walk.

The glass on terrace in my room was very dirty. Not enought sun beds at pool. Bartender didnt care about customers as pool

I was at studio, and it was tight to go in the bathroom, because the mounted heat boiler was blocking the door to be fully open. A big person might have difficulty to enter.

Everything was great, the staff was very friendly, the restaurant/food were very high level - one of the best I have been. Hotel was clean and beautiful. Would visit there again.

Fix the fridges’ doors :) It’s really hard to remember that you need to push it strong to really close it. Elevators are sloooooooooooooow…

The breakfast was not a 5 stars hotel breakfast, not much choice but good food though Pillows could be better, not as i expected in a 5 stars hotel

Chaotic room cleaning, but everything was possible to solve with the staff who were very coming towards. Each morning one type of breakfast, it wasn't level of 5 star hotel.

Perfect location, only 4 minutes walk to the sea side. Really nice room. Kind staff. Quite place, no entertainment, excellent place for those who love silence. Good sauna and steam bath offer included in the price.

Only the wardrobe needed a small repair, and less sunbeds for number of guests. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Everything was well run, but one of the elevators was out of order and the other very slow, only fits 4 people, so we ended up using the stairs a lot.

Very clean and modern rooms and facilities. Great breakfast and pool. Staff very helpful and all spoke English.

There wasn’t enough sunbeds at the pool ,the small indoor pool wasn’t heated as it said on the book and the room wasn’t clean very good all they did is changing the towels still dirty after
