they write that the reception is open 24 hours but when we went there the boss wasn't there but a cleaning lady who didn't know about the reservation or how to pay

Some idiots with very loud car exhausts and motorbikes who made a terrible racket now and then up and down the main street, and the police at the nearby police station seem to do nothing about it!

What a wonderful hotel with gloriously spacious and extremely well equipped rooms, even for self-catering with a large fridge, microwave, kettle, cutlery, crockery & glassware supplied! We had an extremely comfortable bed and a very nice balcony with table and two chairs, and heaps of space to sit and in room and to put things. The location is marvellous, right near the centre of town which is just a short walk away. The restaurant located in the hotel courtyard serves an excellent breakfast as well as other meals, and is quite popular with the local people. It is a beautiful area with plants, vines, flowers and a water feature so it is a joy to sit there and enjoy a meal and to relax. It is a lovely little town and we thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay there. The staff are wonderful and extremely helpful. The scenery all around the area is too beautiful.

Unfortunately, due to my personal reasons we could not visit the hotel. We had a chat with the owners and they did not charge us for the booking. Nice, polite people, they understood our change of plan. We hope we will visit the hotel in a near future.

The cuisine in the restaurant is decent enough but could be improved.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very big and well equipped. There was a good option for parking and the location of the hotel is in the centre of the city. They serve good espresso.

As the shower is watering directly on the floor it is very slippery and I almost fell. No options at breakfast.. Just a cheese sandwich, tea or coffee.

Received confirmation of booking and went to check-in (during check-in hours) but all doors were locked and I couldn’t gain access to the hotel. There was no answer to my phone call and no response to my message sent on the Booking.com app. Had to then find alternate accommodation at the last minute in a smallish town where there weren’t many other options. Don’t risk booking unless you have a back-up plan.

The staff speak english poorly.

The breakfast is not with many options; you have eggs, tomatos, cheese, cucumber, bacon.

The room was big but with very worn out furniture, the curtains were torn, there were ants everywhere. The bathroom was dirty with heir from the previous guests. There is no possibility to pay with card at the property, only cash. All night drunk people on the Main Street under the balcony were shouting and was not possible to sleep. The breakfast was basic.

Hotel by the main street so there is a noise all the time even at night. Next to the hotel is bistro so if you have open balcony doors all the smells come to the room. Lamps by the bet didn't work at all (no bulbs in them), there is A/C but no remote control to it. There were no water in the toilet :( Also room was not very clean, on the carpet were some hair, etc. The best from all that was the fantastic lady who gave as keys.

The only good thing in that hotel was fantastic breakfast - fresh vegetables, bread, pankakes and fresh coffe.
