The problem with the sun beds at the pool: guests should not be allowed to occupy a sunbed by leaving a towel on it the entire day. Maybe the lifeguard could supervise this

BelgiumWhat I didn't like was the fact that the couch-bed was really hard and had no real mattress. When I went to ask for a separate matrass for the couch they were not able to give me this. This would definitely be an improvement point, but besides this it was really geat!
The offer a great breakfast with daily changes and also similar things. The room was really nice and cozy and was kept clean. There was a big pool with animation even if it was already middle of September. They also have a great SPA offering, I highly recommend.

Romania> We weren't given 2 rooms with balconies as asked on the first day of the checkin. While all rooms have a balcony, the ones at the pool level have something more like a garden with a very short fence, which isn't very secure. They also didn't have any clothes drying rack. On the next day we managed to change that room to one with a balcony. > The rooms were right behind the pool events stage. > The couch is VERY uncomfortable. > There aren't enough chairs around the pool for the size of the hotel. One of our friends woke up at 6 AM to lay some towels on a few chairs and all the chairs were already occuppied. > The wifi signal was very poor in our room > The busboy there was pretty rude. He was supposed to come help with the luggage and then vanished, and his overall attitude was a bit arrogant. > One of the showers was clogged.
The apartments were very spacious and there was aircon in every room. Good shower pressure and the rooms had their own boilers. Good breakfast. There is a clothes drying rack in every room with a balcony. Pretty close to the beach. The receptionists are very nice.

I liked the personnel - the bartender Angel from the pool bar is the best, but overall everyone was nice and welcoming I enjoyed the variety of food that was offered, not everything was spectacular, but I did eat some good meals and you where to choose from I loved that the pool was heated and the water was warm and good for bathing It is really near the beach, all you have to do is to descend a couple of stairs They do cleaning every single day, change the towels and arrange the beds

RomaniaWhen we arrived the hotel parking was full so we were directed to another parking where we had to pay 20 leva per day, which was kind of expensive. They turned the music off near the pool at about 22:30, but some clients were still making noise after that hour. This of course is not the fault of the hotel. Also, one night we were disturbed by loud music played form a place near hotel, maybe from the beach.
This was the second time we stayed here. We received an apartment at the second floor. The rooms were spacious and were clean. We received clean towels every day. The internet was working fine. The staff was kind and friendly. We had all-inclusive so we had breakfast lunch and dinner every day. They managed to offer us different kind of food every day; we could choose from different dishes, very well prepared. The food was very good for this kind of hotel. We could also have a snack between meals. The entire hotel was clean and nice providing everything you need to relax and feel good. The beach was close to the hotel and also the main street with shops, restaurants and other attractions.

RomaniaThe cost for parking is too expensive (20leva/night) taking into account that it’s their own parking. There was a specific smell after washing the dishes and constant smell in bathroom. At arrival there was a rusty towel :(. Lack of animation shows in the evening.
It was close to the beach, nice pool and friendly staff. Food was good and it’s nice that they have their own parking. Value for money it’s very good!
