Everything was perfect!. We felt like home. The pool is big enough for kids and grownups. Nice yard were kids can play. Quite and relaxing atmosphere. Kitchen has everything needed even condiments for seasoning food. The host is very nice person and helpful. We greatly recommend this place! We are planning to come back next summer. Thank you Dimitar for the welcoming treatment!

We had a great time here. The location is wonderful – close to nature, peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. The pool was the perfect way to cool off after a hot day. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, from cooking utensils to various sauces, tea, and spices. The host is very friendly, explained everything patiently, and was available afterward to answer any questions. We will definitely come back.

He is the best host we've met, ever!

our amazing host came to meet us, and although it was Easter Sunday, we was as helpful as he could be, he even showed us around the house and was just amazing! He helped us with our car, we had an issue with our lights, helped us like he was a family member, he had apples and a bottle of red wine and chocolate waiting for us, and had already set up the table for us. He called us every now and then to check if we need anything, like extra towels or anything, he was just an amazing and kind and thoughtful person and we can't wait to go back to that incredible house ! the house was super clean, and super comfortable, and the place is so serene and beautiful and we called it our home for one week, we were sad we had to leave. We also enjoyed the company of the lovely cats in our garden and had lovely cherries from the cherry tree. It was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Totaly recomend this, you will absolutely love this place.

The location is beautiful and the host is probably the nicest one you'll ever meet. It's 500 m from Arabanasi center by foot and 5 min from Veliko Tarnovo by car. Will come again in the future.

This place is amazing! The whole house is really good equipped with everything you need! We were really impressed by the host, honestly he was the most kind and nice host i have ever met! This place would deserve 100 stars! The pool was amazing, the rooms are really big and cozy, the kitchen is well equipped with everything that you need and the garden is also pretty big and well decorated! If you have any kind of issue and you contact the host, everything will be solved within minutes! It was amazing and we can t wait to return!

THE LOCATION IS FURNISHED FROM RELOCATIONS. THERE IS ALMOST NOTHING UNIFORM. IN SOME PLACES THERE IS OLD FURNITURE, IN OTHERS NEWER FURNITURE (KITCHEN). I COULDN'T USE THE CABINETS BECAUSE THEY WERE FULL OF UNUSED BED LINEN. I SLEPT IN A DOUBLE BED BUT WHICH HAD SMALLER DIMENSIONS. THE SWIMMING POOL WAS NOT IN USE. WE WERE PROBABLY THE FIRST GUESTS THIS SPRING/SUMMER. HOWEVER, THE LOCATION HAS AN INCREASED POTENTIAL. WITH SOME INVESTMENTS YOU CAN GET SOMETHING VERY BEAUTIFUL. I SAW THAT SOME NEW BUILDINGS ARE APPEARING IN ARBANASI AND THAT SOME BUILDINGS ARE BEING MODERNIZED. AS LONG AS WE WERE GONE ALL THE TIME AND ARRIVED AT THE LOCATION ONLY IN THE EVENING, THESE ASPECTS DIDN'T MISS US TOO MUCH, BUT I WANTED TO MENTION THEM (AS A PERSONAL OPINION)

THE LOCATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION IS OK DIMITRI, THE PERSON WHO MEETED US, WAS VERY NICE AND VERY INVOLVED. HE ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS VERY PROMPTLY. ON ARRIVAL, DIMITRI WAS WAITING FOR US WITH TWO CORONA BEERS, WITH CHERRIES AND SOMETHING SWEET.
