Honestly for the price it's more than enough of a room. The only issue I really had was my toilet wasnt secured to the ground properly, which led to some minor leaks that were always annoying to walk into. Also the room didnt keep the heat in the best.

Awesome location and a big room with a wardrobe, table and nightstands. Cozy beds.

I noticed a bit of mold in the toilet however I considered it as minor due to the price, especially since the location of the property was extremely convenient as well

I liked the fact the room had multiple beds in; so useful and the rooms were extremely spacious, and such good value for the money!

TOP LOCATION in the city heart. Self service. The big metro station is right next to the door. Big room. Hot water. Perfect for cheep and fast traveling - 1 or 2 stays in the Capital

The room felt more like a doss house than a hotel. Furniture was very basic and was minimal with no proper chairs or table (just a very low padded floor stool and a low coffee table). The beds were also nearly at ground level and the promised kettle was missing. As the details make clear the bathroom was external and across the corridor but did not have a lock so there was no privacy. One tap was constantly running and could not be turned off. I could not switch the water heater on (both switches did nothing) so ended up having a cold shower. Finally, it was very difficult to find as it is not on the street itself (entrance is via a narrow alley into a large hidden square) but no directions were given which explained this.

This propert has two things going for it. Firstly it is located right in the centre of Sofia very close to Serdika metro. Secondly it is very cheap (but be warned that you get what you pay for). It might suit backpackers on a very tight budget where cost is the main priority.

The bathroom is molded on the ceiling. The toilet 🚽 is leaking everytime when you flush the toilet. It stinks!!

Patchy repair jobs throughout the room and building. The bathroom had no ventilation. Broken floorboards in the bedroom. Although the room was clean there was a condom hidden near the window, the staff were apologetic but it was a very embarrassing situation

A good location to the city centre, shops, metro and night life. Some of the decor was fun, the old music sheets and vintage vibes.

Everything old and broken or half-repaired. I couldn't close the windows. The sheets and the towels were clean but broken. The smell in the room was awful!!!

I was able to self check-in and check-out. I asked them to arrange a taxi for me and they helped. It was nice to see piano notes along the wall of my room as I play the piano

It's a decent enough place for the night to sleep and then get out for the day . Very central. Very good value really can't say much more as it's very basic good for just sleeping and touring sofia .

They gave us a bed which was actually two single beds combined together so it was little uncomfortable, but the staff is really nice and the place was clean

I don't like the fact that my first stay started bad. There was this horrible smell coming out of the bathroom & I did not have any toilet paper. Also, some neighbors tend to peak from their window sometime (perhaps a mirrored window, reflecting outside, would fix this issue.) & it is very hard to communicate with the staff. Which is a shame, because they are the only staff around this facility.

During my second stay, I was greeted with a clean, very well prepared room & I didn't even have to complained about the bad smell or ask for a roll of toilet paper haha
