The staff was nice and helpful even when we checked in very late hour. The room was well designed and beautiful and everything was very clean.

Drain in bathroom was not working. Some wear and tear on furniture and TV control not functioning well. Exhaust from galley is direct in the bedroom window. Heavy smell from smoking is coming from the restaurant below on staircase.

The bathroom door was squeaking in our room, so it was loud when we opened it. It would have been a nice touch to have some instant coffee/tea bags in the room.

Great location, close to the city centre. The room was large, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. The hosts were kind and helpful. The breakfast was good, there are three choices of continental, tostis or muesli.

Breakfast was very good. All things we saw were in the neighbourhood. 15 minutes walk to the City Centre an Danube river.

As we reserved at the last moment, although the room was for three people, the third bed was not made, no towels or sheets were provided and the towels were a bit aged. Arriving late can explain it, but when a reservation is made for three people, it is best to at least leave the sheets and towels in the room.

It was a very nice stay overnight in the Hotel, heading to our next destination. The host was really polite, friendly and very flexible (made a change for the room, to have kids next to us). The terrace at the ground floor is just amazing. Really recommend it for the family stay and relax.

Despite there being an oven there was nothing to cook with - no pans, baking trays etc. We didn't get the rooms we were expecting but they were great anyway except one of our party didn't have the expected balcony. No lift.

The whole place was immaculate, the staff were extremely nice and helpful. There was a supermarket very close. When we arrived our room wasn't quite ready and we were given free soft drinks while we waited ( which wasn't very long anyway). There was a sweet little dog running around reception. Breakfast was good and coffee nice and strong

The mattresses and pillows were very thick and hard, the shower of one of the rooms was just the floor and made it very uncomfortable

- We has room Venice 2. There's Venice 1, 2 and 3. Unfortunately we had no idea that these 3 are all part of an apartment. Another group of guests occupied Venice 1 a few hours after us. When they first came me & my girlfriend were sleeping & we forgot to close the door, these guests entered our room even though is was written "Venice 2" on the door, didn't even apologize for it ( then or later ) which we found very rude. And yes I know this episode isn't the property's fault but I had to mention it because those people woke us up while we where resting which ultimately ended up slightly altering our whole experience. - Same group of guests were very noisy and somehow ( I'm still wondering how ! ) we could hear them so loud that at some point, especially when a man was speaking, it literally sounded like he was in the same room with us. So the room is not soundproof at all. For almost half of our stay we were really bothered by all the noise this other group made. Room would be super nice if not for this inconvenience. - Other couple had only 1 complaint about their room, which was that it wasn't as clean as they're used to. Keep in mind they're traveling a lot so they saw hundreds of rooms in dozens of cities. I could go into details about what exactly didn't meet their expectations, however I feel like it would be too much. Please do keep in mind that overall this is a positive review, there were only a few setbacks but I wanted to describe them fully.

The location was perfect. The hotel is located in the center of the city. The staff was so helpful. The room was nice. I would advise to everyone to stay in this hotel if they are planning to go to Ruse.
