Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The jacuzzi and heated pool were perfect for us - especially after a long hike in Pirin National Park. The breakfast and restaurant overall are great. We had an amazing time here, would certainly come back. Located next door to Pulse - the best spa center in Bulgaria, in my opinion.

The pillows were a bit unconfortable and both of us had neck pain in the morning. If you find this is an issue for you ask the staff for other pillows.

The restaurant at the venue provides exceptional food. The pool are clean and with warm mineral water.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the restaurant was very cozy, the food was delicious, the room was very clean and we enjoyed very much the pool. The atmosphere of the whole place was really nice - it is very private and great for relaxing.

1 small point about the food, I ordered the pork ribs which were prepared via suis vide and were 10/10. However, the pork medallion was dry. Other than that, amazing experience overall :)

This is the place to go if you want to visit Banya. The food is the best in town, the facilities are amazing, the staff is friendly and the rooms are great!

The only thing I didn't like were the mattresses. They were overused or of bad qualty so there were holes in the middle, so even the additional matterss topper couldn't do the job. They are ready to be changed :) I don't know about the other rooms, this is only for room 303

Unique place, offering everything necessary for a splendid spa weekend: two thermal pools with hot, mineral water, a sauna, a steam bath, and a restaurant in the complex. The hygiene was on a top-notch level, same as the friendly attitude we received, which will bring us back to visit - we received a warm and personal approach from everyone in the hotel. Thank you! Breakfast meal portion is a "little" small. You have to choose just one drink and one portion (eggs, donuts). No soup. The restourant can be bigger.

The location in Banya was okay but not optimal. If you have a car its not such an issue since bansko is 5 minutes away, and the hotel itself is secluded and very pleasant to be in.

Lovely 3 bedroom apartment, nice public area with (smallish) pool, friendly and helpful staff, family atmosphere, nice breakfasts with a few choices (though not buffet), good and reasonably priced restaurant for lunch / dinner

I don't often leave reviews, but wow: I've rarely have experienced such a welcoming and accomodating stay in a hotel. Everything is spotlessly maintained. Exquisite kitchen as well and super friendly and helpful staff. Very family friendly as well, so expect to hear some laughter from kids being kids.

Cozy, clean and very beautifully restored complex, including the hotel and restaurant, good sauna and two pools with warm water. The atmosphere is homely and friendly- everybody were trying to do their best to make our staying nice and joyful. And the best surprise was excellent restaurant running by the same family.
