Would have added another bathroom to a room for five, or give two rooms. The “fifth”bed seemed to be made or stones… would have been great to have all 5 of us sleeping comfortable and not only four 😐

Pretty hotel, just like its location

The sink fell out during our stay which meant a change of rooms. The new room door needed to be slammed in order to close it so not so good for the adjacent guests. The new room was also smaller with a queen size bed compared to a king size bed in the first one.

Location was awesome. The view from the replacement room was great.

The outside chairs very uncomfortable. Could have been more lazy sunbeds. No table outside.

Breakfasts were average. Coffee was often cold or luke warm. Yoghurt - would have preferred individual. Omelette was always over cooked. No gluten free options at all on the starches. What we didn’t enjoy was the choice of music that played all day at the breakfast area. You need to choose relaxing music that is softer as people are reading their books and relaxing and the music was completely wrong for this and too loud.

Location was the best selling point. Pool was great. Gym was good. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were really helpful and friendly

Policy on friends visiting was too strict because they did not want non-hotel guests using pool. Food was good but expensive. Sometimes the hot water in our room did not work. Water from tap was not safe to drink but no free bottled water was provided each day and mini bar water was very expensive. Very few staff spoke English. Needed better food option for kids both restaurant and breakfast.

Incredible location and the restaurant staff were all very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good for adults. Rooms were large and open plan and beds comfy. Room service and restaurant food was pretty good.

We had a lot of seaweed on the beach in front of the hotel, so we couldn’t swim in the ocean.

The rooms were not properly cleaned and on one of the rooms we stayed there was broken glass on the floor from a shower glass that was broken by the previous guest. even after we asked the cleaning crew to clean there was still glass on the floor and we had to ask the room to be cleaned again. The food was not a 5 hotel pattern. It should be a lot better. The last thing is that the hotel suggested a transfer service to pick us at the airport and takes us back. The ride back was terrible, for the car’s air-conditioner was broken and it was very very hot!!!

I’ve stayed at this property at 5 different occasions. The 2 last times it was under renovation and we had to change between the my blue and the blue residence. We accepted it. But this time nothing has changed. The rooms are dirty and falling into pieces. Water infiltration coming from the ceiling and bathroom vanity furniture all broken.

Super noisy old cheap. Mdf furniture that was not prepared to be close to the sea all swollen & broken We asked to leave early because we where so unhappy but where refused a refund

The one thing I thought it could be better was the jacuzzi. It needs to be repaired. I also missed having some hammock beds around the property.

Great staff always willing to meet all your needs as a guest. Amazing breakfast with lot of delicious choices and with a great set up. Also love the location which is close to everything right in front of the beach.

1) The swimming pool area - It was not as busy as a I thought it would be 2) The guest respected noisy hours. There was no noisy at the swimming pool late night 3) The restaurant in front of the beach - lounging area away from the busy part of the beach 4) Breakfast - we can order tapioca, omelete, sandwich... out of the buffet table 5) Quiet - no noisy from the irritating buggy, nor from music of bars
