You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI like pretty much everything! Overall it was a great stay, only suggestion is front desk to have some changes for customers. Small bills, I asked twice if could have a change for R$20 because some of us like to give tips to housekeeping or breakfast workers for them doing an outstanding job. But this is not a big deal at all, next time I will have some changes with me. :)
The location was great, the staff at the breakfast and housekeeping were fantastic. Totally recommend the hotel and will come back.

IrelandI was excited to arrive but when arrived in a master suite there was not even coffee facility to make a coffee. we were told on arrival at 3pm we could not reserve a table for dinner as there dining room was full, and they did not offer to have dinner served to our room. The balcony area was filthy dirty what looked like some workers left plaster all over window frames and the windows shocking dirty. The WIFI was bad also I just used my own data from my own cell network from Europe. I have Cxl my booking for the Hardman for December this year and have booked another Hotel in Joao Pessoa instead.
I not sure if i liked any of it to be honest, I have stayed in better for cheaper and cleaner.

BrazilRoom on the second floor close to breakfast area, very noisy past 6am. We could hear staff talking, then loud guests and screaming kids either walking past room or getting out of the lift and heading for breakfast. No tables available at breakfast when we arrived (chaotic placements). Long wait for food. Hardly any dairy free alternatives. Slow check in and a nightmare to get past the entrance with the car - parking cost another R$20 per car for a night! I also had to pay an extra R$200 for my 13 and 17yr olds, despite having precised their ages upon booking and the "superior" room already having two double beds. What a rip off! Price really did not reflect what was offered on Booking.

CanadaMy room was located on the right side of the building, there was a bar close to it and the music was very loud. Maybe a sound isolating glass could diminish that issue.
Breakfast was an amazing surprise even for people used to continental breakfast. The staff was always helpful and smiling. The location is amazing, close to the beach and a good mall.
